Delicious can't recommend it enough. My first time here and will be coming back often to try all…read moretheir unique flavors. I love the authentic asian flavors the lychee snow ice was delicious. Not too sweet perfect balance of creamy and icy keeping it light and not too heavy. The taro was our personal favorite while both were amazing. It had a delicious nutty taro flavor. The coffee milk tea was also delicious although still a bit sweet with 25% sugar i could do no sugar for this drink regardless still delicious. Boba was warm fresh in the drink can't complain about anything. Portions were more than enough for two. Can't wait to come back soon.

I ordered a taro bubble tea, and it was actually really good. it was smooth and the taro flavor tasted like actual taro instead of that artificial version some places use. I told them I don't like it too sweet so she really tamped down the sugar but it was still on the edge of too much. The tapioca pearls were soft with a little bounce to them, which is basically all I'm looking for in life at 3 p.m. they had some odd flavors like Oreo which I wasn't daring enough to try. My work buddy got the matcha cha, which comes with whipped cream and has toppings on rolled ice cream. It looked like something you'd need a small ceremony to eat which isn't my thing ... but if you want a tower of sugar, go for it. She said it tasted great, very matcha-forward without being bitter, though the toppings alone could feed a small family. So, portion sizes seem generous. The place itself is clean and bright. It's north Miami Beach , so parking is exactly what you'd expect, annoying but survivable. Service was friendly and quick, even though they were busy. Overall, a good spot if you want a well-made drink without any hassle.

Dishonest establishment and mediocre bobo tea …read more.. I've been a loyal customer for a few years and have seen this place change a lot. It started as a great boba tea lounge with Japanese cheesecakes, but now it's more of a random pastry shop selling whatever the owner brings to the shop to sell. I miss the original vibe, but I kept coming back. Lately, though, the boba teas have been hit or miss, it really depends on who makes them. At this point, they're just not worth the price. What really bothered me today was seeing an automatic gratuity added to my receipt and the staff didn't mention it. The girl serving me didn't let me know about it, so I ended up leaving an extra tip on top of that without realizing. When I asked her about it, she said she didn't know when the policy started and that the automatic tip doesn't go to her, just the extra tip does. So either the owner is stealing from the staff, or she's is lying to get extra tips. Either way, it didn't seem right. I've stuck with this place through all its changes, but the lack of honesty and transparency is a deal-breaker for me. Sadly, I won't be coming back. I will definitely not come back for mediocre boba tea that comes with a 15% automatic gratuity.. SORRY!!

The ambience…read morehere is awesome; you walk up to a counter to place your order and then have the choice of sitting inside at the large communal table in the center, at one of the smaller perimeter tables, or outside at a very cool table built right around a massive banyan tree. It's the kind of place where you can just grab a book off the table and read while you eat, which makes for such a relaxing morning. The coffees are consistently excellent and the food is very tasty. For this visit, I had the Neverland iced coffee and the Golden Tater Tot meal, while my wife had the croissant with Nutella, banana, and strawberries along with the Passionate fruit drink. My sister-in-law opted for the Firehouse breakfast with a pistachio coffee, and everyone was thrilled with their choices. The service is always friendly and welcoming, which is why we keep coming back. I even ended up going back to the counter to grab a strawberry latte to go, and it was surprisingly good--the perfect way to end the meal. Whether you're looking for a great caffeine fix or a hearty breakfast, this spot hits the mark every time.

Ten dollars for a cold brew, okay I guess. The place itself is very nice. But the prices are completely out of control for food that felt like the equivalent of an elementary school cafeteria. I do not mind paying premium prices when the quality matches, but this just did not come close. Great atmosphere, decent coffee, but the food and value were seriously disappointing.
