First off, the aesthetic is super cute and gives that classic, elevated coffee shop vibe. It's definitely a nice switch-up if you're used to the more basic chains. I ordered an iced Spanish latte, which is actually a location-specific item only available here in Aventura. I loved that it felt a little exclusive to the area. While I appreciated trying something different, it was a bit lighter than I personally prefer when it comes to coffee strength. That said, it was still a solid cup smooth, not overly sweet, and refreshing. Just not as bold as I usually go for. Service was quick and the overall experience felt polished and easy, especially for a busy mall setting. I'd definitely come back to try something else on the menu and switch it up again when I'm in the area. Solid 4 stars

With that said, everything about my visit was perfect: friendly staff, quick service, cute little matcha truck, and a unique matcha drink that tasted good. Being here felt like fate! Funnily, even though I'm raving about the matcha soda concept, I actually got the creme brûlée matcha (i like buying drinks if can't make myself). It was sweet and satisfying! Not too rich and not too bland. I hope someone back home opens something like this! I'd love to see it.

My other go to is Pistachio Paradise with double Almond topping and Pecan Crunch rounding out the top three. My favorite things are the Savory Dishes like the Noodle Bowls, Popcorn Chicken and Savory Crepes. I've had every Noodle Bowl and Savory Crepe many times over. The service is always great, not only when you're speaking with the owner but all around, everyone is great. I'm glad I did because my oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon was delicious! Sweet just how I like it. The coffee tasted high quality and smooth, with no bitter aftertaste, which I really appreciated. The coffee shop itself is a cute vintage-style food truck, which adds to the charm. They were pretty busy, and it's a small team of young girls working, so give them a little grace.
