Good, fast service when I came here! The only issue I had and the reason for the 3 stars is because of the young man that made my smoothie. My mom noticed that while making my smoothie he somewhat made more than would fit my cup. So asked what was he going to do with the extra and made that comment that she wanted all of hers. He replied "I'll probably drink it". So I asked if he could either give me some of it for my son. He said well it'll be a small cup because we charge for this cup and showed me another cup. I told him that was fine and proceeded to ask for some. He then shows me the small cup and says "it's this small" and I said that's fine. He's 5 as you can see because he right there with me. My problem with that is that it seemed it was a problem to give me the rest of the smoothie that I paid for because he wanted to drink and tried to deter by giving me the smallest cup. He'd already gipped me on my cup. If you're going to gip me the least you could do is give me the rest to use as I please. I mean make your own. I'm pretty sure they receive discounts. read more

As a fellow business owner, I feel I have to share this so it reaches you directly: I'd strongly recommend addressing staff conduct after today's experience. I walked in with my 5-year-old goddaughter and was immediately met with staff cursing at each other over orders, "shut the fuck up, I can't hear their order," followed by "no, you shut the fuck up." Completely inappropriate for a family environment. The line was clearly backed up, customers were asking for discounts due to the wait, and several left without ordering rather than keep waiting. One employee responded to customers walking out by saying, loudly, "I feel bad they left but I don't care, I've been here since 8am." I understand a manager wasn't on site during this, which may explain how things got this out of hand, but that's exactly why I think it's worth flagging directly to ownership. Handling a rush professionally is part of the job, and today it wasn't handled well at all. Photo of my receipt attached for reference. read more

The acai bowl was delicious BUT not worth $12!!! The person who took my order at the speaker was polite and informative about the smoothie king app. She told me about all of the benefits and insensitives on having it on my phone. I may go back to try the other flavors. IF THE PRICE GOES DOWN!!!!!!! read more

I love smoothie king. I love it. But this location is so slow, disorganized and will make you wait in line for 30 minutes. Then , they make you wait in the parking lot for your order. Smoothie King, I'm asking you to improve this location. PLEASE! read more

Very slow, not organized, not too sure why it's a 30 minute wait for a smoothie. This is what happens when it's an absent franchisee owner.

This is why robots are going to take over human jobs. Because humans are lazy, slow, & have no consideration for other people's time. I was waiting in this drive-thru line for no joke 30 minutes & im sick, otherwise I would've gotten off the car. When I finally get to the window, she goes "did you have the strawberry hulk?" I ordered 2 vanilla hulk so she asked me to pull up to the parking lot. Then I waited an extra 10 min only for her to come outside and claim that she only charged me for 1. MAM, you charged me $25 for 2 Hulk so I showed her the receipt and she said "oh ok". The kicker? She forgot the straws. After all of that, she couldn't remember to bring the straws LOL. The most dysfunctional smoothie king experience. I don't understand how this place still has business but the idea of robots making smoothies doesn't sound too bad either. P.S: the hulk wasn't even that good this time either. Where's the banana?! I'm so disappointed. I just-- yeah. That's the review. read more

I went to Smoothie King to get a green Tea Tango with banana no sugar as I always do since it's my favorite of all and to my surprise and also disappointment they did not put any green tea on it. I grab it fast and left since I was running errands got in my car and left and I thought "oh that's weird it taste like banana only No green tea". I thought the smoothie looked to weird too white to have any green tea but I had sunglasses and thought maybe it was the lenses, so I took them off and I found myself with the whitest Green Tea Tango smoothie I ever had in my life and NO GREEN TEA AT ALL!!! It was horrible, nasty and didn't taste at all of what I'm used too. The name says it all GREEN TEA PEOPLE!!!! how can they forget. Never coming back to this location. Horrible experience. Smoothie King - WORST GREEN TEA TANGO IN MY LIFE!!!! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Miami gardens, Florida

Horrible experience! I placed a pick up order at this location and they refused to let me come inside to pick up my order. They had the lobby locked at 3:00pm in the afternoon on a Saturday, and told me that I have to wait and go through the drive thru. Why would I do that for a pick up order, when they could have just passed me my order when I walked up. In order to get my order that I placed 30 mins ago, I had to wait 15 min in a drive thru line. Makes no sense. Don't go to this location. read more

This location is a**. Not one time that ive gone and they get my order right, on top of that theres no point in drive thru, they make you wait 30 min for a damn smoothie in the parking lot... management is even worst, they could care leas.. unfortunately is in the corner of my house n I have no other choice than to visit this one.. but if yall can avoid at all cost.. a damn smoothie should not be so dificultad. Id give it 0 stars if I could. read more

This employer was very rude. After waiting over 30 minutes with only two people in front of me I finally get to the window and he proceeds to tell me they are only taking orders for three particular smoothies because the machine is broken. I asked if it would have made sense to put a sign up instead of having people wait so long to deliver the news once they are at the window. The employee continuously ignored me when I questioned him and walked off. He also had music playing in his ear while I was taking to him. It frustrated me so I got loud with him and he didn't care. He didn't even Try to apologize on his behalf or the stores behalf. The customer service was terrible. He also blamed the manager for the irresponsibilities and carried on. He and the coworker were Disrespectful little boys. read more

Smoothie King - Terrible customer service - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Miami gardens, Florida

this location lacks customer service, structure, and work ethic. The employee are young and definitely have not been trained properly. Every time I come in they are loud either screaming or laughing and don't attend to the customers right away. I've had to return twice with my smoothie because it hasn't tasted correctly and everytime I do come back they give faves a sad if it was done correct. The last time this happened I was told to pull into the parking lot to wait, waited 20 minutes and finally went inside to see what was going on and they had forgot to start it. It's just a mess here. This smoothie king just reopened and honestly I don't see it staying open long if they continue with this poor service. read more

These people do not care about you or your smoothie! Turn around! 99% ice guaranteed. How hard is it to make a smoothie??

Two stars just because the chocolate protein smoothie that I ordered was pretty good. But I came inside, not one person greeted me. A simple "hello" would've sufficed. For a second I felt like I was the only person in there, with three workers right in front of me. I gave the girl my order, and with attitude or no desire to be working, told me to pay at the front. I paid at the front, when I received my smoothie, I said thank you and the girl did not say anything back. The other girl on the other side of the counter had headphones on and was just minding her business. I don't know about everyone else, but I'm very big on service and manners. If someone comes into the shop, say hello! read more

If I could give it half a star, I would. This is truly my first review ever. That's how bad both the smoothies I ordered today were. It really made me pull out my phone to express how trash both smoothies tasted on top of the fact that none of them were what I ordered. I know it's early and all... but the ingredients are literally everywhere. I don't think there is truly an excuse to go 0/2 on smoothies. Ah... well. That was trash. Thank you, have a nice day. read more

I'd give this zero stars. I frequent smoothie spots several times a week. I would never come back here. The service is extremely poor. I don't even get a "hi", "thank you"... Nothing. Just a "what are you gonna order?". On top of that, it took 15 minutes for a smoothie and I was the first one in line at 9amI would never hire people like this. Ordered a Carrot Kale Dream and it tasted like crap. read more

I love Smoothie King, haven't been to this location in a while, since my daughter had some dental work done, I was advised by her dentist no solid foods for two hours. We decided for some smoothies. We both ordered the Pineapple Pleasure, which consisted of pineapples, bananas, papaya juice blend, and Turbinado. I was kind of upset because I wanted the Pina Colada Island and it was discontinued (upset), I was advised by the cashier that they no longer carry coconut and any drink that contained it were discontinued. I waited an estimate of ten minutes, which I thought was pretty long, because I only had two people in front of me. The store has a display of vitamins, protein powders, and other healthy items like energy bars. I was surprised that Smoothie King began selling potato chips, which at the end of the day to my opinion is not a healthy option. The store was very clean, the customer service was I guess okay? When it was time to pay, I pulled my American Express card and I was told that they don't accept it. (upset again) They offer a drive-thru which is a plus if you do not feel like getting out the car. I wasn't impress with the smoothie I had, it tasted water down and I literally threw it away after three sips. My daughter loved it, but I'm guessing she was on empty stomach. It will be a while before I return to this establishment, wasn't impressed at all. read more

Went on 4/4/2020 I tried ordering on the app and kept getting error messages. So I decided to go to the restaurant. When I got there 2 employees told me the store was closed yet the door was open for people to come in. I asked the young kid can I place my order on the app, his only reply was we are closed. This Location: I have been to this location several times in the past and have never had an issue. The store is clean and the employees are courteous. They have a drive-through which can sometimes have longer than average wait times but overall, I really like this location. The Smoothie King Chain: The smoothies at SK are pricey in my opinion. I paid $4.91 for a small smoothie but the sizes run large at least. It would be nice if the small was smaller and the price was lower. I have tried the medium but it is $6-7 and far too much. The cup reminds me of a big gulp from 7-Eleven - no exaggeration! This place works when I'm in the mood for a smoothie but I don't go very often, due to the odd sizes and pricing. read more

The service was INCREDIBLY SLOW and all around poor. They had more than enough staff members to move significantly more efficiently. They were all (roughly 5 employees) dragging their feet. Most seemed like they didn't want to be there. They took a while (15 mins) to make my smoothie and messed up my friend's smoothie TWICE. He ended up not even wanting it. Along with that, they had an extremely long drive through line and I'm sure that has to do with their slow service. It almost felt like nobody knew what they were doing from making the smoothies to even cashing me out. I came here in between classes but 15-20 mins for a smoothie is a bit long. Hopefully they improve, smoothie king is a great chain. I gave two stars as opposed to one because my smoothie was delicious. read more
