We were only staying the weekend in the Northshore and we visited here twice. They have really great coffee, I remember reading it was Mojo coffee from New Orleans (so maybe we do have a Tandem in NOLA afterall). But this place does more than Mojo with regards to those martini espressos! Oh! so good! So, I had ordered one and it was top notch. The place is fun too, they have all kinds of board games and plenty of seating. It is a large quaint house-like establishment and has some outdoor seats as well. The place was really clean and the staff were all accommodating and friendly. One was so sorry they had just run out of the Dubai flavoring for the coffee, but it was ok. They have quite a few flavors to choose from. They also serve a full breakfast here. The customers range from all ages and from families to singles. This little gem is doing everything right!

However, the furniture needs to be replaced. There are springs coming through the cushions, and no support, leaving one of us with a backache when we leave the store. And if we sit one person on the cushioned bench side of the tables that have them, the other person sitting across is on one of those hard chairs. Please consider investing in more comfy furniture with support, at least where the current upholstered sofas/chair are. We are going to have to avoid the shop until that is done. The wooden tables and chairs just don't work for our visits.

Have been shopping at this store a long time....since it first opened. It had always been…read morepleasurable to shop there. But for last 2-3y there's been a decline much to my dismay. It is 85% the young employee. As a customer it seems they resent having to answer a customer's question, or request for help. Comes across as they are not there to help or even consider you, rather that they are special "cool" because they work there. Particularly the produce section, where their job to check or replace items is far more important than any measly customer. Their big cart is parked for their convenience, no matter a customer can't get to needed vegetables. Also in dairy I asked a worker what was the price on yougart since shelf price label was missing. Reply? " I don't eat yougart so I don't know". Also one has to wonder if the choice of music is for customers or employees. Other notes: employees chatting on personal calls constantly or worse 3+ more gathered in an aisle talking about morning meeting/ mgr. There's more, but said observations have caused me to spend last time / $ there & go to a.store with better trained, courteous employees & mgr that does their job. I work hard for my dollar & will spend it where it is appreciated even if it sometimes means a bit less section. Its action that hits WF in the wallet until they make needed changes.

I noticed at the drive-thru billboard that a makeshift sign was posted "Out of bananas, sorry.) I informed the cashier I have a mobile order to pickup. She said they are out of bananas but a manager would be there shortly to deliver bananas. I told her I'd go get gas nearby and return for my order. I returned 15 minutes later and she informed that they still don't have bananas. Now I've wasted time in the app and two trips to this location. She couldn't give me an exact time to receive bananas and complete my order that I've already paid for so I told her I would attempt to cancel in the app. I provided feedback in the Smoothie King app for a resolution but I've only received an email from Shirlee Mendez of Smoothie King Guest Support passing the buck to the management team.
