On a road trip trip and noticed this Smoothie King off the exit. We took the exit, on a Sunday at noon and even though the open sign was on, the door was locked. No one inside. Hours online reflect they should be open. Signage on the door with hours says they should be open. Lit open sign above the door says open. Disappointed. read more

Went today at 2:00 to pick up an online order and they kept looking at me and not saying anything then finally a worker came over and asked if I was picking up and rudely asked what I had ordered. She gave me the drink and as I was walking out I noticed a small black hair on the inside of the cup lid. This is disgusting. I used to love coming here but lately they don't seem to know what they're doing or how to act. Was here a month prior and they were out of cups and kept messing up my order and then they dropped my order which got water in it . They asked if I wanted a new one and I said yes only to see them place a lid on the one with water all in it and hand it to me. I'm done coming here . Y'all need to do better read more

Racist, rude, and poor customer service. They were very racist and had very poor customer service. They acted as if they were ready for us to be done ordering .They threw our money on the Counter instead of putting it in our hands. Food is good, but the service is too slow. I've waited at the drive thru multiple times for up to 20 minutes before driving off.

Pulled in to order about 2:50 pm on 7/22/2023. Was told that I could not order because they were in the middle of a shift change and that I would have to wait 15 minutes. Asked if it would help if I came inside and was told no. It was apparent that nobody inside was doing much of anything. Have had multiple bad experiences at this location and have kept coming back periodically just because of the location. That will not happen again. Will not be back. read more

This location is terrible due to their worker! On Sunday, January 15, 2022 at 130pm (owner I hope you handle business) my husband gets in the drive thru with only one car in front of him. That individual sat there for 10 mins before the girl took his order and there were no customers inside and no one in front of that car. My husband, gets up to the microphone to give his order and the girl asked him wait so he kindly did for 5 mins and then asked her after waiting if he could give his order and she rudely said she would be with him in a min. and of course he had already been sitting at microphone to order for over 5 mins! He sat there for another 5 or 6 mins and said that it was getting ridiculous and I'm assuming the employee heard him and finally proceeded to take his order. However, she didn't know basic questions that all employees should know about the drink and flavors of added protein, etc. He ordered and moved up and realized that the guy who was ahead of him was STILL sitting at the window WAITING on his drink for over 10 mins after he ordered!! My husband backed up and got out of the line and left because he refused to give them any money at that point with that horrible service or lack thereof! I hope the owner can find a new employee because they will quickly go out of business with people like that working for them and YES I'm a small business owner and know if customer service isn't there you won't survive, plus it is simply the right thing to do is be kind and work hard and not make someone wait 20-30 mins for a smoothie with one person ahead of you in line. I went to this location on 1/15/21. I understand they close at 9pm, however I arrived @ 8:50pm and there were still employees inside. I went to the drive thru and sat there for 10 mins which was then 9pm and never once did anyone ask to take my order. If you are open until 9 then you should serve customers until that time. If you stop serving before 8:50pm then that should be stated somewhere. I would not recommend this location unless you make sure to go at least 30 mins to an hour before closing time if you someone to take your order. read more
