On another note the bacon burrito was out of this God given world and it made me feel a way that I've never felt before and the smoothie was troptastic and beachy. I really felt like I was at the beach I heard waves in the background I was eating it could have been the oven humming but it's the thought that counts!!!! This place is AWESOME I would pay to go back... oh wait I payed to go there in the first place... speaking of paying the rates here are unbelievably cheap I am one of the poorest people in my family and even I can eat here because of how cheap it is. Even if the burrito was 100$ I would still order it because taking out a loan for a bacon burrito here totally has my interest. The ambience here was outrageously gorgeous and godly I felt like a damn Greek God sitting on a beach in a beach chair(stool) while eating caviar(burrito). Lastly I just wanna say to the employee Chase thank you for being with me I wouldn't have been able to go through my beachy experience without you! 100/10 recommend if your in downtown knox go here or else I WILL find you and it won't be pretty I promise you that. This place is the bomb(sea)shell and as always never stop feeling tropical!!!!! The only thing here that was a jerk was the Caribbean jerk chicken which was killer my heart stopped beating for a moment from the killer flavor of this wrap it felt like someone was wrapping there arms around me while I ate here Sincerely, Braden Cole Harris III Have a tropilaca day fellas never give up on your dreams and remember kids don't do drugs or else

So...Overall a 3.5/5 for me, will be back to try one more smoothie. :) I went at lunch hour and admired the worker that took 5 orders, processed payment and then kicked butt in the kitchen to get smoothies, sandwiches and treats going. She really needed more help. I ordered a smoothie and toast combo just to try something other than the bowl to start. The smoothie itself was alright; seemed like it was missing an element of sweetness? The avocado toast was just OK; it was left a tad too long in the toaster. Was still fairly edible, but with a lot of the cheese moved off. The inside was clean and looked like a spot where folks would catch a selfie - I think I'm too old to be that cool, no cap. SYOY!

I'm reaching out because I am extremely frustrated and honestly pretty angry about how the holiday…read morebear release was handled here in Knoxville, Tennessee. I waited two months for this drop. I planned for it, woke up early, and made a special trip before work on Thursday expecting the product to actually be available. Instead, here's what I walked into: a parking lot overflowing, a line wrapped around the building, and customers being told the store received two bears total and both were sold directly to employees. Not a single customer had a fair shot. That alone is unacceptable. I then went to the Starbucks inside my local grocery store. They never received any bears at all. On Friday, I tried another Starbucks on my way home, and once again, that store also never received a single bear. At that point, it truly felt like a joke. Knoxville is a major city. The idea that multiple stores didn't receive the item, while others received so few that employees took them before customers even had the chance, is ridiculous and unfair. Whether this was a botched rollout or some kind of "social experiment," it left a lot of customers feeling misled and disrespected. People spent time, gas, and energy chasing a product that wasn't even stocked. There was zero communication, zero transparency, and no accountability for stores where employees bought the items out from under customers. I expect a real explanation for how this happened and what Starbucks plans to do to make this right and prevent it from happening again.
