We were looking for a treat while out and about and decided on Smoothie King. We opted for acai bowls Peanut Butter Swizzle and Go Go Goji Berry. The store was staffed with 4 friendly helpful team members, after ordering we had a seat and watched as they cleared the line in no time. These bowls are very large and packed with Acai personally I would prefer less Acai and more toppings it was fresh & delicious though, and we both managed to scrape the bottom of the bowls. Wait time was over an hour for a pitaya bowl, employees don't seem to move fast enough

Megan, hagan, paygen or whoever the store manager is who sounds like she is speaking to you thru an intercom, has extremely poor customer service skills and needs to either try another profession or get whatever it is she's lacking. Customer service is not quite hard to be polite and truthful especially if you messed up. I placed order thru door dash. My dasher has been waiting for 10 min plus for my order. He messages me, he doesn't speak English so maybe there's a mixup, I call the store. This hangry lady answers (Meaghan ) and states she doesn't have an order for 'that name'. I ask how are the orders for DoorDash is processed. She has an attitude so I just ask for her name. Can't quite comprehend because she's so upset and is yelling thru the phone.. I suppose I shouldn't have respected you enough to get your name right, my fault... anyway, I call door dash and tell them the story. They call this location and 'Megan' says 'I cancelled the order because she was rude to me and that I am not refunding the order.' Girls today are very rude today September 15th at 1:49pm. Asking people behind me if they was ready to order when I was. I have never left a review on anyone before. I'm still upset on what happened yesterday that I will today. I went in with my son to try to get a smoothie and I obtain the worst customer service from the young lady that was there yesterday 4/25/23 at 5:00 pm. She told me she couldn't sell me anything but only the large size. She said we are out of lids on the others. I told her I didn't mind having no lids. She still very rudely continue her service with me and told me "yeah but we can't sell anything but one size" rolled her eyes and look to her side. They both have personal drinks on the counter(health code violation) and the place is a mess. The girl who rang me up was eating ice from a cup while cashing me out. I am an avid smoothie king customer. I visit at least twice a week at several locations. Usually this location is great! Today I found the employees were extremely displeased to be at work. It was a pretty slow time (Tuesday around noon) and there were maybe 2 other customers there. I was not greeted and stood awkwardly while the employee was on the computer. I understand sometimes you have to finish things up but a "Hello I'll be with you in just a sec" would have been pleasant. The woman in front of me was handed her smoothie with the lid popping off and the smoothie leaking everywhere and even commented to me how "she really doesn't like working here" which was exactly what I was thinking.
