It took that car about 10 minutes to get their items and it took me another 10 minutes for someone to even come to the window and take my money for my order. I was on the phone and so I know this because my call was made right before I made my order. The attendant at the window looked like a deer caught in headlights when I asked what took so long for my order to come out, and she apparently lost the capability of speech at my question. Smoothie King was listed as being open until 10 PM on the website, so I drove there around 9 PM expecting to be able to place an order. However, the location was already closed when I arrived, despite the posted hours saying otherwise. This was very inconvenient and a waste of time. Please update your website with the correct hours of operation so customers are not misled or making unnecessary trips based on inaccurate information. I get my smoothie fixes from here at least 3-4 times a week. Smoothies aren't always on point but they're always helpful and willing to remake your smoothie the right way. The wait time is either exceptionally long, my orders were completely wrong or customer service was noteworthy of a bad review. Either way... today is the day that im going to stop coming here. Came to this location because I wanted a drink after I worked out it was two cars in front of me and I was in line at least 15-20 minutes. I seen them give a drink to the car in front of me then the car gave it back I'm guessing the wrong drink. There was another car behind me that blew because they were taking too long so once the car in front of me got their drink and drove off fast.. I pulled up I seen that drink sitting there and I asked was that my drink that you gave the other car and he said yes but we re made it and I asked did you guys make it over and he said yes I said are you sure he said yes so I paid then he went to the other side I'm assuming to the front to make my drink over. If I did not say anything I'm sure he would have gave me that same drink that he gave the other car. But when he came back he gave me a bigger drink then I ordered. Menu is a little overwhelming; lots of choices and variety. I've been twice and I'm still a little lost. The helpful woman at the register was very helpful. I went through the drive-thru and it was nearly impossible to hear the attendant through the speaker. I had to shut off my car and my engine is not loud at all. Even then it was still difficult to hear him. That was a bit frustrating. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie (he called it by an official name but I couldn't make out what he said -- just looked it up and it was Angel Food? omg there's soy protein and stuff in it) and that came out pretty quickly. That part of it was nice because I was craving one so badly. I left the mall without my Frullati smoothie fix. This is only my second time at a Smoothie King and my first time at this location. I still prefer Frullati smoothies (shame they don't have standalone locations) because I always found Smoothie King smoothies to have weird aftertastes. Best smoothies! The prices are creeping up, but these are the healthiest smoothies out there. I love the idea of enhancing a treat with protein, I also love that, in the kitchen, there are tubs of fresh fruit. Seeing real, unprocessed food in a restaurant is a rarity. This smoothie king is always a hit or miss, most of the time a miss. The wait time is always extremely long whether waiting in the drive thru or ordering inside. They really need a more efficient way of cutting that time down or get adequate staffing but to be honest it doesn't matter how many people are in line whether in store or drive thru they literally take 30 minutes to make one smoothie. I get the same smoothie every time and the consistency is always different either extremely loose and watery or too thick and grainy. It's rarely a time when it's just right. I have come to this location a few times, I've always gotten good customer service, but this last experience has me looking at smoothie king differently. I have been keeping up with my protein intake daily, so it is really important to me to know how much protein is in a particular item that I'm eating or drinking and sad to say that no one in the store knew how much protein was in the" high protein" original smoothie. The lady was polite but I also feel like they just guessed a number. It is always best to say either you don't know or you would try to find out other than that everything was okay.
