And in April and September they have their buy one get one 1/2 promotion so I am able to really stock up. I do wish they would carry zinc in their brand with 15mg, or even 20 or 25. They carry 50mg and that is too much mg, so I have to buy a different brand that they stock that carries 15mg. They do have 10mg, so I might go that route and take 2. I need to do the math to see which way is cheaper. Store is always clean and have helpful staffers. You can also get one of their frequent shopper cards and once a year or twice a year a get some really good dollar discount coupons.

Come for the supplements, stay for the dessert…read more TF Supplements has a large variety of different supplements to meet your fitness needs. The place is very big and clean. Best of all? They have a smoothie and dessert bar. I had the equivalent of a blizzard. Instead of just having an ice cream, it is loaded down with protein. It tastes like dessert and not like a supplement. Obviously the macros are better than going out for a straight dessert. This will be my new default treat. If you're in the area, stop by and check them out!
