YouTube link for my disgusting experience straight out of a nightmare are in the photos (channel ID…read more& title) What happened: Straight out of a damn movie; beyond disgusting, not only customer service wise, but also disgusting animal like (animals are actually wayyyy better) behavior from the employee; will be going to GF vapes right across the street from now on. Here's why: Been going here for 2+ years, every couple of weeks, with no issues. On October 13, 2026, I go there at 9:50 pm, pull up in handicap spot so I can go in and out real quick because I knew they're about to close. The girl (who ended up admitting to being new) shut the lights as soon as she saw me pull up, and went to the back. I thought "ok, maybe she's about to come back. Plus there's still 10 minutes left before they close", so I knocked on the door a few times. I didn't even initially notice if it was a male or female. I was waiting until someone comes out and ask why they're closing early and if I can get my vapes. Anyways, a few minutes later her boyfriend or husband or whatever he was pulls up in the lot, semi aggressively starts asking rhetorical questions like "do you work here". I said no I'm just trying to get my vapes. Then the worker comes out and they make this HUGE scene, start taking videos and photo, and "threatening" to call the cops, actually ended up calling the cops, and telling me both I have to leave (a public parking lot) but simultaneously also saying I have to wait till the cops get there. The BF seemed like he was on some sort of drugs. They called me names and all kinds of things. All this because they chose to close 10 minutes early. it was something straight out of a movie. Oh and she also said "I'm gonna ban you from coming to the store". I just laughed at that....it was literally insanity. Yeah that girl should not be working there at all, or anywhere. They probably lost a customer who literally goes there every 2 weeks and gets at least 2 vapes. Shameful
