I just called up there the lady that is working right now wouldn't give me her name and hung up on me when I told her I wanted to speak to a manger not to mention she had an attitude the whole time, I was trying to use my store credit and she was telling me it was a discount. very disrespectful. read more

I just wanted to say that this "Vape city" store is such a rip off. I called today and asked how much a kratom would be, the one little shot vile the gold brand, and the guy who was working told me it would be $20. I arrived to the store about 10 minutes later to come pick up one of those and the price rung up $28. I asked him why it was $28 when he clearly said it was only $20 over the phone. He said to me that he cannot give me the real prices over the phone because of competitor Vape shop's and smoke shops around. First off I was agitated that I drove up there expecting to pay less, and he deliberately lied to me on the phone just to get me into this store with a false price. Second off any other Vape store or smoke shop around this area kratom is only worth $20 for one. The "Willowbrook smoke shop Vape and hookah and CBD and Kratom and pipe store" down the street have specials for one Kratom for $20 or two for $30. The reason I went to this "Vape city" shop is because it was new and I wanted to check it out, for they have a lot of "locations". For those Vape city store's to have a lot of locations and being way overpriced and lying to the customers over the phone about prices is absolutely absurd. Don't go to this Vape City store, you're going to be paying double the price and they give you false information over the phone just to get you in their store. "Phoenix Rising Vapor" is literally down the street and same as the other Smokeshop's like (Token Eddies) for way better prices for Vape's and Kratom. Don't waste your time there, and their prices are definitely not worth it. Plus the associate working at the time was literally an asshole and acted clueless. Save ur money and go to either of those other places down the street! read more

But today when I walked in, some random guy was behind the shelf, just sitting down messing with random things hiding behind the counter and with everything being behind the counter, how am I supposed to get the items that I would like to purchase and I stood there for 10 minutes and this worker just sat there fiddling his thumbs behind the counter acting like I don't exist And I've been to the store many times I've never had a problem, but this is the second time that this happened with the same person like I get you working the night shift or whatever but you can at least still have some manners and greet your customers that are paying for items so I walked out of the store twice because of that random person I don't know if he's a worker or not doesn't seem like it cause he's getting paid to do. Just ignore his customers. So I probably will not be going back to this place. I probably be making a further drive to another one that actually realizes that they have customers in the store and offers to help them. Imagine you do people walking out because you're ignoring them then why are you there at a job that require you to talk to people?
