This pregnancy got me craving smoothies. I usually order through their app and it's incredibly simple. Any time I can cutdown on face to face interactions during the pandemic, I take it. I've been indulging since I'm close-ish to the finish line, so I've been ordering from the Take-A-Break section. The Banana Boat & Yogurt D-lite have been my go to. I usually order them without the dairy whey added. I don't know if it's okay for pregnancy but I took a sip of my husbands who did have it, and I don't like how the flavor was altered so I recommend it without. The Yogurt D-lite is a nice choice because you can pick what fruit or veggie you'd like, or you could even choose cold brew! I've swapped between mango and pineapple, both of which are really pleasant though I'd pick pineapple over the mango if you're undecided. They are a little pricy but their smallest size, a 20oz is pretty decent and always fills me up. read more
