Food was good. Seems lately they have been out of certain items so this may not be their fault, but was a little annoying that the app let me order something that was not available. read more

Super yummy açaí bowl. They have lots of great options! And we ordered a low calorie high protein smoothie that had great macros for weightloss and/or muscle building. Both were delicious and served quickly. read more

This location is barely operational, sometimes not at all. They have been renovating since the first of April. Sign says drive up is open. If I place my order on the app, then I still have to get in line behind cars that are placing orders at drive up. Frustrating to say the least. The last two weeks the place has been closed. But I still get reminders to use my balance and special offers No other location is convenient. read more

tasty and the workers were super kind! the place was a little hot but the smoothies were tasty

Abominable service. Beyond sub par service. Needs firing. Employees seem like they hate the job. Minimal words exchanged if not none at the drive thru. Smoothies are always inconsistent. read more

The service was amazing, For busy woodruff rd they blew me away with how kind and nice they were. I barely got to sit down before they called my name for the smoothie it was super fast!! The atmosphere was friendly and clean. I loved it. read more

Went thought the drive through and the worker taking my order had an attitude saying that we were talking to quiet and seemed irritated that we inconvenienced him. We decided to just pull around to the window after him having us replete our order no less than 4 times. He had an attitude when we go to the window and finally took our order. Definitely will just be sticking to tropical smoothie. read more

The worst smoothie king I've been too, honestly just rushed the whole process and gave me the littlest bit of acai and fruit.. this is what I got and this what was expected. For 14?! read more

I took my kids to Smoothie King to get a quick midday treat, and we had excellent service! They made our smoothies quickly and made appropriate adjustments for our daughter's peanut allergy. She felt safe getting a smoothie from here. The smoothies were delicious, and everyone was super nice and helpful. The store was also clean and tidy. read more

I love Smoothie king for their healthier options and ability to customize your smoothie!! The people are always helpful and kind even when picking up an order. read more

This is my favorite Smoothie King! The service is welcoming, my smoothie is always perfect and the store is clean!

Very nice employees helped me with choosing a smoothie when I couldn't decide definitely would recommend coming here for a healthy treat

my smoothie tasted like the Pacific Ocean. **********************************************

Stopped here 15 minutes before closing last Monday night and was so impressed at the kindness and service of the two young ladies closing the store. They were friendly and helpful as we decided what to enjoy for our post-workout. The menu is organized well and is helpful in deciding what to drink. I didn't want something big so I opted for the kids menu at $3. The smoothie was wonderfully smooth and flavorful. The store itself is open, clean, and modern with lots of goodies to enjoy like veggie and fruit chips, nuts, jerky, protein cookies, protein powder, energy drinks, and more. On Fridays you can get a 32oz for $5! read more

I called to place a pick up order and a girls answers the phone -"hello?!" In a rude irritated voice. I thought I may have called the wrong number, because they did not say it was smoothie King. I responded "is this smoothie king? I was trying to place a pickup order" and once again rudely responded "go ahead" I start to order my smoothies and in the middle of my order I can hear the blenders going and she starts getting louder and louder and yells at me "do you want that a 20oz!!" and she is pissed for whatever reason ... and then hangs up. I was blown away. The only reason I did not leave 1 star is because I have been before and it wasn't terrible. Go to the smoothie kind in Greer. They are always polite read more

I had never been to SK. We usually go to Jamba Juice which I find twoo sweet. I had the matcha tea smoothie and really liked it. It wasn't too sweet and had a nice full flavor. Who would have expected Matcha in South Carolina. I wish they had these in the Bay Area. I think we have one somewhere, but not close enough to go to. read more

The service was good, however about an 20 minutes after drinking my smoothie I began violently vomiting. With this being the only I had since breakfast pretty sure it was not anything else. I order the same thing when I do decide to go there an Angel Food with extra banana sometimes pineapple sometimes none. This happened about 20 minutes before closing and I am wondering if something was cleaned and maybe not thoroughly washed? Cross contamination? So I have to say I deleted my account, the app and have vowed to never go back. My wife was fine as well, but she got sick also. Anyways this is my shout out about my experience. read more

This particular location is the best store ever. I travel back and forth through South Carolina Georgia Mississippi Louisiana Alabama and Texas but none of them have the best customer service like this store. The manager is amazing and so are all his staff members. If you have food allergies they're able to guide you to something that you would like and they'll even tell you if a creation probably won't come out right. I wish I could keep them in my pocket because they're all full of sunshine. Great product great service great attitude who could ask for anything more? Thank Smoothie King! You all are so appreciated! read more

Chocolate Shredder with Peanut Butter is my favorite! Friendly staff and great service. read more

I visit this store once or twice a week because it is close to my work and the smoothies consistently meet expectations. Although I empathize with the tight labor market impacting service levels of retail and hospitality, this place is below average in terms of speed and friendliness. @franchise ownership - you should not be unapologetically "out of peanut butter for the day" at 11am considering there are literally five grocers within a half mile of this location. read more

Just stopped by to grab a smoothie on my way to Atlanta. Unfortunately, this was the only smoothie place open when I was looking (around 8ish). To be fair, I am pretty particular about what I want in my smoothies. I tend not to visit smoothie places because I make my own and can never really find the option that I'm looking for. I wanted something that was mostly green/veggies, a little fruit with protein. But most of their options are mostly fruit/fruit juice with a little veggie and maybe some protein. I ended up ordering the vegan mango kale and replacing the vegan protein powder with whey. It tasted fine but didn't fit what I was looking for nutritionally. Also, I'm not sure if it was the smoothie or what I ate with the smoothie but I had an upset stomach for a couple days. Other than the smoothie, my customer experience was fine. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. I also appreciated that it was open later than other places. read more

BEST SERVICE & SMOOTHIES AROUND! Always impeccable service with top notch pleasantries! The nutty super grain is my favorite meal replacement. I also enjoy racking up rewards and redeeming them for more smoothies! Thanks everyone for making my day with your genuine kindness! Keep up the excellent efforts! read more

I love the smoothies here, especially the Hulk chocolate. My only problem with Smoothie King is the service. The employees seem dull, as in their expressions and voices make it sound like they do not want to be there. Service is also very slow. Whenever I go it usually takes about 12-15 minutes to get my smoothie when there is only 1 car in front of me. Other than the service, the smoothie itself is great. read more

This is by far the worse smoothie king I have visited and experienced! The employees including the manager was rude. The smoothies were watered down. The manager did not resolve the issue that could have been avoided to begin with and his response was unprofessional. Needless to say, I will not be going back there! read more

I've never been to a Smoothie King I didn't like. The variety of combinations targeted to specific purposes pleases me and my family. While I do make smoothies at home, I feel confident when going to Smoothie King that my taste buds will receive a real treat! read more

I used to love this Smoothie King location but things have changed. While the smoothies themselves are still good, the service at the drive-through is terrible. I've waited more than 10 minutes in the drive-through when I was the only car there. At the window, I am often ignored, left to stare at the back of the employee on the other side of the window while I wait. More than once, I have left there without the employee greeting me or even making eye contact. I used to be a regular at this location but I think I'm done! read more
