They seemed a little surprised by a walk up guest, but once that moment passed, the barista grabbed an iPad, took my order, and processed payment. Two minutes later, I was handed two hot coffees and we were back on the road. Mrs. K. absolutely loves their Blondie, and I enjoyed a nice drip with a splash of cream. 7 Brew does not overroast their coffee like some other big chains, so the flavor was smooth and pleasant as we drove north on I-85 toward Charlotte. I came in and was behind a couple for several mins before I heard the male customer yell out "hello! Hello!" I looked up and asked had they been helped. He replied no. At this time another customer was behind me. I proceeded to call the number listed (apparently a cell number) no one answered. The man behind me called it as well. The first couple walked away. I saw two bags on a shelf and stated, someone has to be here. I then walked away to check out other restaurants. I was proceeding to walk out when I noticed the man that was behind me getting his order taken. I walked over and asked the young lady, where were you, we had been waiting about 10 mins. She didn't really reply. JUST MOMENTS LATER, a young man appears from the back and starts making orders. NOWWWWWW, I'm just talking about my thoughts at that moment and the other customer thought the same. We both looked at one another and said, we'll we know what was going on. I was very disappointed.
