I was charged for almond butter even though it was listed in the description of the bowl. Also, the flow of the place is just off. We waited very long to order at the one ordering station while two other employees sat and waited for an order to come to them to make. I can't stand inefficiencies like this as they are such a simple fix. Also note, it was NOT crowded. There was one other person. We should not have waited as long as we did. I love smoothie and bowl places and will not be returning and will recommend against.
