Nowhere did I see on the menu that it had to be ordered a specific way, and she did not ask me how I wanted it. She seemed somewhat annoyed, then charged me to add whipped cream and a little caramel and chocolate syrup to the top of my coffee which was still not close to what I thought I was ordering. Just FYI what is pictured on their menu is not exactly what you are ordering. I guess I'm just use to Starbucks where the picture is exactly what you get.
