I LOVE the smoothies here. I consistently get the angel food smoothie. But sometimes I'll switch it up. I especially like that I can switch the nonfat milk with oatmilk instead. They recently added smoothie bowls, and I wanted to try them out. I had the acai cocoa haze bowl. It was good, but the bananas on top were super mushy, so I was a little grossed out eating that. Either way, I definitely prefer their smoothies! Will always come here for the smoothies! read more

I enjoy this Smoothie King location very much and have visited it numerous times. The customer service is always nice and consistent. The staff does a great job blending deliciously healthy veggie and fruit smoothies. I also loved the avocado toast and was happily surprised when I arrived to the store to learn a food memu had launched. I also ordered a zucchini cake which was yummy with walnuts. Keep up the great work! read more

I didn't get to eat breakfast this morning so I needed something to get me to lunch and Smoothie King was on the way. Heaven was pleasant & professional. It appeared busy and still great customer service was provided. The store was clean with available seating. I ordered a medium Daily Warrior and substituted cherries for spinach. So delicious! I will get it again. read more

Love this smoothie spot. All the employees are so helpful with providing suggestions based on your preferences. Honesty helped me out this morning and was able to make me the perfect smoothie with some minor substitutions. Strawberry and banana is usually my go to but they have a large variety of different drinks. I love the menu set up and add ons. The facility is always super clean, they also have small healthy snacks and cold drinks to take on the go. I find it interesting they ask if you prefer foam or plastic cups its great. The app is really cool, you can gain rewards points over time and order online for quick service. I did notice online the hours show open at 7:30 but they actually open at 7am. read more

Terrible service at this location, and i can't say the company is much better, I ordered an over 10 dollar drink, customized it to be low sugar and dairy free. Not only were none of my customizations followed, but you can see for yourself how they filled the cup. I can accept mistakes, but I have written the company and called the store, and no one has reached out to rectify this despite it being over a week. I don't understand how they can call themselves a health brand and not take people's preferences seriously. If I had more serious health conditions, someone could have been hurt! This drink dis not even have a label on it when picked up. It was clearly not made to spec as the dairy and the extra sugar was all there. read more

The staff there is amazing. Especially Heaven. They always do an amazing job on my order and I absolutely love the way. They treat me. Every time I go to smoothie king I usually stick with the Lean 1 vanilla or Lean 1 strawberry and I have never had an issue. It's delicious, not too sweet and has a slight nutty flavor from the almonds. This time I decided to order the keto berry and it was terrible. There was no taste of berries at all, just a mouth full of protein powder. I had two other people try it and everyone agreed that the taste was terrible. The vanilla lean 1 is still definitely my favorite and I will always go to that from now on. On a positive note, the store is very clean and they are enforcing social distancing. Their work station was free of spills and i felt comfortable eating from this location. The staff was friendly and polite and that is always a big win for me. read more

Friendly staff. My first time in a Smothie king. I did not know what to get. They asked me a few questions a made me a delicious smoothie customized for me. They have an extensive menu but they can exchange any ingredient for another. I noticed that most people order to go but I decided to enjoy my smoothie at one of their tables. I noticed it was a very busy place and the staff of 2 never stopped working and still had time to engage with the customers in a very friendly way. Nice place. I would go back. read more

Very nice employees and service was fast. My only complaint is that when my husband ordered our smoothies, the worker didn't have any idea what he was talking about. I would assume it's a new employee in training who isn't familiar with the menu....or I would hope! Otherwise everything else was great. read more

Normally my go to spot to weekly for smoothies. But the last 2 times I've come have been horrendous. Online orders take 0 priority from walk-ins. I ordered my smoothies at 10:45am. I'm still standing here now 11:25am and still no smoothie or smoothie bowl. I've watched 3 people walk in after me and order and walk out with their food. This spot would normally get 5 stars from me but as of late this has been a crap show. Very disappointed. Update : they made my smoothie bowl and somehow misplaced and forgot my smoothie I ordered. This will not be almost an hour sitting in the store as it's now 11:30am and counting... read more

Horrible costumer service by Mason, His Boss should tell him to use less his phone and be friendly to guests. And wear some clean uniform. And his smoothie really was not good. Bad experience. read more

The service here is usually spotty. I came in a few days ago, and a girl that works there was outside on the phone yelling at someone right by the door, and the one guy that was inside was just on his phone and I had to wait for him to look up to talk to me. They are also out of ingredients pretty often. Over the last few weeks they have not had coffee at all, and they don't have pumpkin despite the big ads in and outside of their location that are promoting their pumpkin beverages. I just stopped asking for anything but one smoothie that I get regularly because it just seems like they're out of ingredients so often. I frequent this smoothie king location pretty often since it's on my way to campus, but I think I'm just going to go up to university and go to Froots going forward. Between the weird vibe/service here and the fact that they are continuously out of advertised ingredients, this smoothie king location isn't worth the time or money. read more

I've never really been into the Smoothie craze and never know what to order when I visit this particular Smoothie King, but always seem to end up with the Peanut Power something or another. I like peanut butter and I like bananas - hence the combination of my drink. Located at the South Florida Education Center in Davie, my favorite reason to visit is because I always seem to have coupons. More often than not, I end up with a half-price or BOGO free Smoothie. One for me - and one for whoever I'm with or visiting. Service is fast, efficient, and friendly. I'm a bit perplexed by some of the low ratings and reviews left for this Smoothie King. The place is clean, up-to-date, and the service has always been fast, efficient and friendly. When asked, the staff have always given me suggestions or advice on what to order. Clean restrooms, plenty of seating and lots of parking for those who visit. Location is very convenient with a bunch of primary and secondary schools, along with colleges and universities located within - literally - walking distance. /s/ William E. Lewis Jr. read more

I love this place! Everything is so fresh and fast! They have great promotions every month! Great distance and area for college students. Very convenient. The owner is absolutely friendly! There's this guy staff member, always energetic and friendly. He know what's he's doing. I notice there were a few new people who didn't know what to do and a lot of mess up, but other than that this place never disappoints. Best place to go to! read more

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews about/for this Smoothie King. It is a great smoothie that you get. Yes, they put a little bit of sugar in, but that won't hurt anybody! It is a very clean location, and they have very friendly staff. The owner, I believe his name was Omar, was very nice and also attentive. I love their loyalty app! you get all these coupons and sometimes money off your drink. great place overall, looking forward to coming back again. read more

amazing smoothie with friendly staff and a clean store. smoothie came out fast and was great.

Refused to serve us at 7:20 on April 30 on a Sunday. then served the person that came right after us with no problem.

We used Yelp to find this spot-which was very close to us. Immediately upon walking in we sensed a weird vibe between the two workers. Can't explain it, but something was going on. I thought the shop smelled musty as well. One smoothie was delish and mine was eh. My concerns was more the service than the smoothies. read more

I stopped into Smoothie King this morning for a quick smoothie before a 4 mile walk. While placing my order, I noticed small bugs running across the counter. I brought this to the employees' attention. He advised that they are aware of the issue and confirmed that they were roaches. Needless to say, I was disgusted. I brought to his attention all of the areas where I had seen them and asked him to remove the protein bars from the front counter. This location should close until it is properly fumigated and free of pests. I also phoned the corporate office to express my concerns. I think I'll be ordering a blender to begin making my own smoothies from now on. Gross! read more

I'm kind of surprised by all of the bad reviews of this location. I usually stop in around lunch time and there is hardly a wait. The employees are very friendly and always helpful when trying to decide what to order. A couple of tips: 1) Ask if your smoothie is made with turbinado (sugar). You can always have them not add sugar or use splenda. I usually order the Gladiator which has no sugar. 2) Check the website for nutritional info. The menu of smoothies is a little overwhelming so on the website you can take your time and know what you want before you get there. Overall I think I like the smoothies from Tropical Smoothie a little better, but that place is a CF and takes forever sometimes. If you want a quick place to pick up a smoothie, Smoothie King is the way to co. read more

I definitely would not go back to Smoothie King ever. After trying Jamba Juice and S.K., there is no comparison. I really don't know how anyone whose ever gone to Jamba Juice could ever go back to S.K. to begin with: they use sugar, A LOT of sugar. I ordered a large Acai Adventure and I was amazed at the amout, close to half a cup, of sugar they put into the "natural" smoothie. Second of all, they use massive amounts of ice; I know, it's a smoothie so it needs ice but, what happens when all of that ice in a 40 oz cup (that's the size of a large) starts to melt? I'll tell you what happens, you go from enjoying a smoothie to drinking and Acai Adventure drink in less than 30 minutes. Another thing I noticed was that they pump some sort of syrup into the smoothie (???) before they put the frozen fruit mix - Jamba Juice uses REAL fruit - into the blender. Another thing was that the guy working there in the morning looked tired and hungover; yeah, the last thing I want to see after my morning workout is a slow, sluggish, lackadasical, tired and bored store employee (manager?) with a half-dead glazed look in his eyes. Won't be going back to Smoothie King again and I'll be telling my friends not to go there either, not at all what I expected. :-( read more
