The service was terribly slow, the workers weren't knowledgeable of the menu and our smoothies did not taste normal in comparison to previous smoothies. Took the opportunity to order myself some lunch after coming from Mall area. Pulled up this location on Google and was able to submit my order via Google. Order took about 10 minutes and was ready by the time I got through the traffic light and pulled into the parking lot. Location is in a strip mall across the street from the Mall of GA (closer to BWW Mall entrance). There is plenty of parking, and I've never had a problem finding a spot. I tried my first ever açaí bowl and at first I wasn't sure if I liked it but I did enjoy it! It tasted better once it started to melt a little. The base was delicious and smooth. $13 for this bowl and it is small but I did get filled up. 4 stars because I ordered coconut flakes and go charged for it yet the worker forgot to add it and I had already left at that point. My smoothies have been pretty good. I will say sometimes depending on who's working you get different attitude of course some not so nice. I will say the worst thing is the bathroom here. I went inside the bathroom for the first time today and their boogers smeared all on the wall and lots of dust it looks like no one's ever cleaned it and there was urine everywhere it was so gross nasty nasty. I went to this location yesterday about 11am and ordered the only kind I ever get, a medium Strawberry Blueberry Greek yogurt. I watched the employee prepare it and was disturbed as she went to blend it because she did not put in refrigerated yogurt, but scoops of "powered yogurt"?? Is was $8 for a awful, warm and grainy smoothie. I go to the location in Peachtree Corners by my job 2-3 times per week and they use cold refrigerated yogurt. It is a big difference in temperature, consistency, and most important taste. This short cut cheats the customer of a quality product. I ordered my usual and the guy that helped me obviously make enough for a small and then proceeded to give it to me in a medium cup and I told them him that it wasn't even full. This is by far the best Smoothie King location near and around Gwinnett Georgia! All employees provide fast, friendly, and professional service on every visit. Thanks for great managers and owners (franchisee) on hiring people who take pride in providing great service to your customers all the time! The service area, the stock room (door was open) and the bathroom.....the bathroom made me sick. Apparently the owner does not care about cleanliness.
