Today I was very surprised at the customer service I received at my favorite smoothie store. Walking in the store no one was behind the counter. When I reached the counter to order a lady came out from the back. I entered my phone number in the system and stood up to the lady starring at me. I looked at her for a couple seconds until it was awkward fro m the silence and starring contest. I said "hellooooo" response was silence for another moment. I was going to take my orders to another store if there was a close Planet Smoothie. I wondered in my head where was the lady with black hair that had GREAT customer service skills and was enjoyable to talk with as she shared different ideas of smoothies. She started me taking wheatgrass shots. I said are you ready to take my order? I'm not sure what to do at this point of non-verbal communication and starring. She stated she was ready I made my orders and had to ask a c outple of timed if my rewards discount was applied, because she went back to silence mode. If she doesn't change the next time I go I will let the Yelp community know and find another Planet Smoothie or open my own in Suwanee with Chik-fil-a type customer service. read more

Bought two smoothies. While drinking one of them, a piece of hair came up through my straw into my mouth. Got in contact with the manager (Kristin Scott) and she asked if I'd like the drink remade which who would want that after almost swallowing a piece of someone else's hair. Once a refund was issued, the employee (Gabby) decided to add to the situation by stating "a piece of hair couldn't survive in a blender" as the hair was the same color tone as hers. We were the first customers of the day. 1 medium planet pro (pineapples and raspberries) and 1 medium screamcicle. I very much enjoyed both our selections. Very refreshing and energizing. I visit this Planet Smoothie frequently and I always order the same thing. A medium PBJ smoothie with almond milk instead of the regular milk. It's gotten to the point where the employees know my order as I walk in. They always seem to be in a good mood and greet me with a smile. There have been a few times they may have ran out of certain ingredients, but can you blame them for being in demand? The store itself is very neat and tidy and with the aroma of fruits in the store, it leaves a very clean impression. I also love that they can fulfill my request for almond milk. Smoothie are great customer service not so hot... Young girl with long brown hair is extremely rude. I was attempting to enter the store with my jogging stroller after a venture out with my toddler. I saw her coming up with a huge box on a dolly so I moved to the side. No thank you, no acknowledgment. She open the door and it slammed into the front wheel of the stroller. Once again no acknowledgement. I visited this location yesterday and the service was great! However, I was completely in shock when I purchased a Lenny and Larry's cookie, took a bite, looked down and saw it was moldy. I walked back in and I was able to exchange the cookie. However, I am a little weary purchasing their cookies and protein bars because they are probably not being restocked or even checked. This is normally one of my favorite places but today, they truly disappointed me. There was a lid blocking the drain and causing the water and sewage to back-up on the floor. One associate grabbed a broom to remove the lid. She proceeded to take the broom to the back. Grab some apples - everything but washing her hands. I was curious to see which person was going to make the smoothie, the one taking the money and rubbing her nose or the one who was sweeping and not washing her hands. So the girl who had the broom started making my smoothie. As she is making my dragon fruit smoothie, the container the dragon fruit was in dropped into my smoothie. She grabbed a tong to pull it out. I stopped her right there and explained that I would need to get a refund. I didn't want the product and explained all the things they messed up on while handling food. She did apologize but I honestly feel that food places are not spending enough time explaining to their employees the impact of not washing their hands has on their customers and their business. read more

For the third time I asked them to make me a smoothie which all the other planet smoothies know how to make except this one. This one don't care for what you ask. They will just give you the substandard customer service. You're not worth that. Strawberry banana contains both not one. Learn to count. I hate giving people a hard time.
