On my first sip, I immediately tasted something sour, and there were chunks in the beverage. It appeared that the milk used was spoiled. I had to spit it out of my car window right away and rinse my mouth out with water. It was shocking, especially for a first visit. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, and I usually take pictures and share positive experiences, but I chose to post this because a spoiled dairy product could genuinely make someone sick. I would hate for someone else to go through that, or worse, get ill from it. I really hope this was a one time mistake, but it did leave me hesitant about returning. That said, the staff interaction was truly great, and I want to highlight that because kindness matters, and they delivered on that.
