The inside is another disappointment. The staff has ranged from rude to "nice enough" the several times I've been here. Last Saturday me and 3 others walked out because we sat and waited for at least 10 minutes without ever being greeted or spoken to. Flat out ignored. The lady was just playing on her phone talking to another customer, so we left. Another guy who works there always comes off as annoyed when people come in. He made us feel like we interrupted the movie he was watching on his computer last time we had him serve us. As for the shakes themselves, they are pretty decent. I've always loved Roxanne at Shake by the Lake which is the only reason I knew of this place to begin with. This place is just closer to my home. I can't say the place looks very clean either. Also, the whole purpose of these places is to sell herbalife supplements, not just shakes. Not once since I've been in this place has a single employee told me about, or tried to get me to buy anything other than my shake. It's pretty sad because this place has a great location and a lot of potential....but they lack the passion of what they're doing/selling and proper management and staff. Honestly I don't know how they keep the lights on. Just very disappointing. I think I'll go to All About Health for my shakes from now on.

Their flavors include: Strawberry Ga Peach Lemon Blackberry Pineapple Watermelon Then you add your stuffing ($1 extra), which comes as either: Vanilla Ice Cream Strawberry Ice cream Lemon Sorbet Finally you add your toppings ($0.50 extra). You can choose between Sno cream (Real whipped cream) or Sweet cream (condensed milk) Snowballs also come in mini ($4), regular ($5), or large sizes ($6) For my regular snowball ($6 total), I got watermelon and GA peach flavors, with strawberry ice cream as the stuffing, and whipped cream as the topping. They pour the stuffing first, then wrap the shaved ice around it. The shaved ice is very smooth, and is loosely held onto the icecream. None of the flavors are strong or sugary sweet, because the flavors come from fresh fruit, and that really makes a difference! Although I didn't get any food item, I decided to try their brown sugar marble boba tea. The tea was made quickly, and my friend got the egg waffle and custard. I tried a bite and really liked the custard and fresh waffle since it was very different than what I have had in the past. The custard was creamy and not too sweet and melted in my mouth while the waffle was a nice texture and added to the dish. My bubble tea was also super yummy and loved how it wasn't mixed in thoroughly letting me taste all the different flavors. There's plenty of seating inside and parking available in the lot. Overall, I think I really like the bubble tea and can't wait to come back when it's warmer to try their ice cream!
