Took my order , listened when I asked for thick consistency and delivered a fabulous Caribbean way smoothie. Great consistency, flavorful and yummy to my tummy. The only thing consistent about this location is the inconsistency. It's exausting when I schedule pick up and my order is horrible more times than it's not. It's either missing ingredients, still has ice in it or seems to be thin/watery/melted already. It's disappointing because I ordered pick up because I don't have time to wait for it to be made again so I wast my time money and I'll still be without anything to nourish my body for the rest of my work shift . Get this...I get up to the window and the young man asked me what was my order. He was pleasant which is more than I can say for previous experiences with cashiers. In town for business and the First day I stopped in, I paid for a 40oz Smoothie, I ended up with a 35 ounce. Went back a day later thought I give this location another try and worse than the first visit. My smoothie was not totally blended, I was spitting out chunks of kale and other ingredients and it was way too thick. I also found a date ball not fully blended. Really excited about this new location. We went originally opening weekend. The staff was friendly, prompt and the smoothies were spot on. I know they just opened and most of the staff was new but they did a great job. Everyone from the young lady taking or order, the girl making our smoothie and the gentleman at the drive thru all seemed upbeat and excited to be there. Smoothie or sugar water. Here we go again. First I was charged $7.81, yesterday I was charged $8.81 for the same order. I do not hate the owners, I really wan them to do well. But you do not train you employees. The orders or often wrong, they cannot charge consistently, and they will let you sit in line 15 to 20 minutes. Also, today I seen a Banana lying on the counter half peeled. Now I wonder how clean the rest of this place is, after all, food is on the counter, and employees or obviously poorly trained. it's time for me and a couple of friends to contact Bridgeton health dept. about open food on the counter and the Mayors office. Slow service due to drive thru girl being on a FACETIME/VIDEO CALL while trying to fix drinks. She had to ask us 6 times what we ordered. Left the cocoa powder out of the kids drink, acted like they remade it just to tell us they were out of cocoa powder. Got the Greek Yogurt Pineapple Mango. Ordered medium size and it came in this huge styrofoam cup. Very filling and can definitely substitute lunch. Great flavor that you don't get sick of despite the volume. Four stars because kinda expensive. read more

The smoothie was excellent. The service was terrible, I was mocked for asking a question about a smoothie. When I said "I apologize for being stupid, I guess" she replied with "I'm just a blunt person". If I could give zero stars I would. Someone who claimed to be the General Manager was very rude this morning. Unprovoked. So rude that I'm writing a damn yelp review. I've never asked to speak to a manager before in my life because I have never been treated poorly enough to justify speaking with one. People have bad days at work, people make mistakes. I get that. This person's attitude was so bad, I left the smoothie and I just want my money back(I prepaid with an online order).
