Honestly, I base everything I do (spending money-wise) on customer service and personalization. About 2 weeks ago, I purchased several products from this store, including a diet and thyroid supplement. At the time of purchase, I was unsure about the products, but Colin instructed me on the use of them and assured me that if I wasn't satisfied, I could bring them back. When I came in today, Colin wasn't there, but another employee who was also there the day of my initial purchase (Mark) greeted me by name when I walked in the door. I explained that the supplements were giving me heartburn and didn't really provide the energy that I thought they would/should (the protein powder was great though!) Neither of the employees who were there (himself and Chris) gave me a hard time about the products that I was bringing back. In addition, they had my receipt on file, which was a relief because I had lost it (lol), Chris helped me pick out a good energy powder that I'm hopeful will give me the pre-workout boost I need, and they even gave me the rest of my money back that was credited past what the powder costed, even though I had used about a weeks worth of the product. Then Mark followed up via social media after my visit to the store today to make sure I was taken care of and reassure me to reach out if I needed anything else. WOW! This kind of service is unheard of and sadly, unexpected nowadays. But it is not unappreciated. I will spend my money with you guys for life simply based on the way I am treated when I visit the store and the integrity shown by the employees here. I am able to purchase products without the fear of wasting money on something that doesn't work for me (not that they're bad products, everybody's system works differently and I've never been much of a "pill" person). People are generally geared to only take the time to leave reviews when service is poor; I wanted to make sure I recognized the outstanding customer service that I experienced at this store both of the times I was there. The team at the Florissant location is top notch. The the amount of support that I get from everyone there is amazing. If its about supplements, questions about meal prep/meal plans, work out tips, or mental support they have it all. I go for a weekly scan update and to restock on products and they are great about everything. I finally have started to care about my health overall and it feels good to have a community that helps when I am struggling. read more

Helpful and knowledgeable! i started working out in early August, and I saw results right away. However, after the first month, I stopped losing weight. Some of it was a result of building muscle, and I had definitely slimmed down some. However, some was attributed to my poor diet and love of craft beer. I decided to see what Supplement Superstore had to offer. I didn't waste any time explaining my situation. The two clerks both assisted me, but one worker seemed to have most of the knowledge that I was looking for. He suggested that I try some daily supplements and change my daily eating habits. He walked me though my daily routine, and it all seemed pretty simple. I've been on this new routine for about four weeks, and despite my best effort to sabotage myself, I have seen results. I bought another month supply of the supplements, and I feeling pretty good about myself these days. I highly recommend checking out the Supplement Superstore in Florissant. I am in here at least twice a month. I love it every time. There are places were a female could instantly become overwhelmed in the world of fitness but S2 is not one of them. I've gone to several of their locations (the south county was the first several years ago, so glad they expanded as much as they did) but the Florissant location is right near my house. I never leave there with questions because I am never afraid to ask or the guys there are pretty well trained to know what information to provide when necessary. I hear people complain about the supplements that they "push" but I never felt pushed into buying them, I simply wanted the best and it happens to be a particular brand they have available. I do enjoy going to get my vitamins once every three months. They are very helpful and getting a free bottle of water is a treat. However every once in a while there is a problem with me getting my five dollars off my purchase of vitamins. I usually get the M-Factor goddess which I am very satisfied with.
