Cool location, large variety of CBD products and looks like they make their Kratom capsules in house which I'm usually Leary of due to some bunk stuff I got from a location in Dayton, Ohio and that whole experience was a debacle from the moment I walked in the door at the Dayton location. Guys were extremely nice and helpful and directed me to the the strain I needed. Make sure you always get a receipt. On November 10, I got back from FL, on my way home I stopped to get 210 capsules of White Dragon Kratom. Apparently their internet was down, and because I said, no thanks, to the receipt thinking everything would turn out fine, I never received my points. Round 2, Today I went in, bought 90 capsules of Super Indo, and 90 capsules of White Dragon. When I got home, I found out I had plenty of White Dragon. I assumed I was stuck with the purchase, but since I didn't open the bag, I figured I'd call and see if I could get a refund. A woman answered the phone, and said, "Sure, as long as it's still sealed bring it in before 10." I asked is it a trade thing, or can I get a refund? She said, "You can get a refund if it's sealed." I live about 30-35 minutes from this location. Got to the store around 8pm, and the manager said all sales were final and she doesn't know who I spoke to, because she was the only female there. I insisted I spoke to a female, she said "well there's another female in the back, but she said she didn't say that." So apparently they had a secret conversation in front of my face. Most of the employees are great, but with gas as expensive as it is, and to be told for sure I'd be getting a refund, I'll gladly go to a different location from now on, especially after being burnt twice. Second visit in under a week because my dog is obsessed with their CBD treats for pups. I originally only got her 2 samples to try and she insisted I come back and buy her the whole bag. Gary was exceptionally helpful, made amazing recommendations, and didn't try to upsell me -- something I greatly appreciated. He also intuitively sensed I was in a hurry (my dog was in the car) so he didn't play around and got me in and out in under 3 minutes. GRATEFUL 4 GARY!! When I mentioned she was in the car, he let me know she can come in next time -- double win! Both experiences at this shop have been amazing -- especially Nick and Gary.
