Will corporate read this and care? Probably not…read more Every single time I do a return at Natural Grocers it breaks the register. Every. Single. Time. It's like it's set up to do that so people won't return anything. It takes forever, the cashier gets flustered, customers in line get irritated. Why exactly is this an ongoing thing? Also every single time I try to use a coupon there is an issue. Half the time I leave the store and the coupon wasn't applied. This includes coupons procured in their own special personalized coupon book. Crazy right? Do better Natural Grocers! I have this problem nowhere else. As in NOWHERE. Just at my 'friendly' irritating ridiculous neighborhood health food store. Makes me not want to shop there ever again. At the very least I don't recommend the place to anyone. At the worst I tell people to go somewhere else like Sprouts where returns and coupons are a breeze.

My stomach was bothering me a bit the day I came so I was having trouble making a decision bc I wanted to eat something, but it needed to be VERY light. Just wish that they were a little less expensive, and those that are didn't feature a "nut blend" containing cashews (which are neither raw nor okay for those of us who prefer to avoid inflammatory/acid forming elements). I prefer the Soul Sprout over the other granola bars (boxed, containing oats), which are rather horrible with an unpalatable texture (sorry). Other than that, I quite like what I've tried. =)

Obviously I greatly appreciate it, but part of me wonders if there's some cult being run in the back of this grocery store or something, and that's why all the employees are stuck as a little "too happy?" ...or maybe I'm just too cynical, and the employees here are actually totally normal. I had done some research on the product I had heard about already so I knew a little on it. I was met by Kyle and explained to him my goals and how I found them. Decided to try the product and he gave me a write up sheet on how to use it for best results which was cool to see. Looking forward to using it to help reach my goals for 2013 coming up. Rob, the store manager arrived during my visit and when appropriate asked if I had any other questions or concerns. THAT is customer service!

It sucks since we were really excited to see this place on vacation after hearing great reviews from friends. Even drove an hour from our hotel just for this place.
