The outdoor seating area is also really nice and spacious. I ordered the Peruvian Braised Beef and honestly it wasn't my favorite. There was a lot of beef compared to the amount of rice and the beef had so much sauce that it was hard to really taste the other flavors, especially the black bean sofrito. The picked red onion were delicious, though and the salsa verde was SO good, spicy but full of flavor. The seasonal kombucha was delicious and the lemonade was good too. The person I was with got the Mother Earth bowl, which looked sooo good! Service was good and definitely and I'd definitely come back to try some of the other dishes.

It is in a very busy shopping center but you can find parking all around. When you enter inside the establishment you are greeted immediately by staff and it was certainly bustling. They are very patient when you are deciding on what you want and even explained the flavors for each entree. It was very easy to order. Lots of seating inside and outside and once we found a seat it was quite clean. The food itself was portioned perfectly and the flavors were very prominent. I ordered sweet potato noodles, rice, bbq chicken and sweet potatoes and topped it with green sauce. Everything was delicious that I almost licked my plate clean. I don't live in the area but next time I come to visit my mother in law I'll be sure to come by again.

I ordered pick up from this Cava location at 7pm on a Friday night. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was ample parking, including 2 dedicated spots to picking up food from Cava! I received text updates, so I knew my order was ready and went in to retrieve it. The restaurant was pretty empty and my food was placed in a bag on the pick-up shelf, so I wouldn't have to wait in the line, even though it was short - super convenient! It wasn't until I got home that I noticed that I didn't recieve the pita chips I ordered, even though it was listed on my bag. The food itself was delish. Fresh flavours and the lamb was very juicy.

Customer Service Is Absolutely Terrible - save yourself the aggravation and stay away!…read more I've never experienced customer service this careless and unprofessional at a restaurant. I called ahead specifically to place an order and make things easier, but the employee who answered the phone immediately told me to "order it online." I was driving at the time, so that wasn't an option. She then rushed me through the order and sounded like she couldn't wait to get me off the phone. When I asked when the order would be ready, she simply said, "Not very long." No actual time. Nothing useful. I asked if she needed my name for the order, and she said, "We'll figure it out when you get here." I also asked if I could provide payment information over the phone and was told, "Pay it when you get here." Since someone else was picking up the food for me, this created a completely unnecessary inconvenience. The entire reason I called ahead was to place the order, know when it would be ready, and have someone pick it up for me without having to stand around waiting. And then it got even worse. The person picking up my food arrived approximately 45 minutes after I placed the order and was told, "WE DON'T HAVE YOUR ORDER!!!" Are you kidding me? So I called ahead, placed the order, was given virtually no useful information, couldn't pay in advance, she wouldn't take my name for the order, and then 45 minutes later the person I sent to pick it up was told they didn't even have the order. That is an unbelievable failure in basic customer service and order management. At this point, I have to seriously question whether the employee even properly entered the order in the first place. If your system doesn't provide customers with a pickup time, doesn't allow payment over the phone, doesn't take a name for the order, and then can't even locate the order when someone arrives to pick it up, what exactly is the point of calling ahead? The employee's attitude from the very beginning made it seem like my business was an inconvenience. Unfortunately, the experience proved that impression was justified. Management needs to seriously address the way customers are being treated. Good food doesn't make up for terrible service, poor communication, and an order that apparently disappears into thin air. If this employee doesn't want to deal with customers, perhaps she should be moved to a position where she doesn't have to or just be fired! Because based on this experience, she certainly doesn't seem interested in helping them. I will not be calling ahead again, and based on this experience, it's unlikely that I will give this amateur hour show another penny of my money! Shameful!

The chicken was alright at first but then I could tell soon enough that it was pretty salty. I didn't care for the additional sauce options. There's no labels or signs that say what the item is. Unless u follow the menu word for word which is not possible when u have to decide faster. Everything from having a gloves directly touching my food (thumbs in my food specifically) to rude and unsimpathetic management, to incorrect charges on my bill. The food is good. Best Mac and cheese ever. Unfortunately energy needs to shift. I'd start with a fresh manager and team and have an owner overseeing this facility more closely. It doesn't live up to the original location in Tampa. Update 6/3/26: came in to give another try. 3 fingers with gloves in my food as I was being served. I told the gentleman and he said "we have gloves on" as he was touching his screen for the order snd counter with the same gloves . Gloves mean nothing. I chose to leave and not eat here. Such a disappointment that they are so careless with cleanliness even after the issue has been ongoing and they have been made aware of it. Also if a customer is not happy with gloves I'm the food, you probably should just offer to replace the bowl and make it right but the employees don't care. *Owners take note* unfortunately your management doesn't care and you won't be aware of this ongoing issue.

The wait time was about 45 minutes, which wasn't bad at all. The crab cakes were delicious, but the sauce was a miss for me. It was way too spicy. With crab cakes, I think it's best to keep it simple with a tartar-style sauce, of course vegan. I ended up eating them without the sauce and enjoyed them much more that way. The tofu Reuben was good overall, but the bread was a little soggy. A thicker or sturdier bread might hold up better. Even so, the flavors were good and I enjoyed it. Last but definitely not least was the raw blueberry cheesecake. It was absolutely delicious! However, the sauce served with it wasn't for me at all. Thankfully, I tasted it separately before pouring it on the cheesecake because I would have been disappointed. The sauce wasn't sweet and took away from the dessert rather than adding to it. Overall, I had a good experience and enjoyed most of what I ordered. I'll definitely be back, and next time I'd like to dine in and enjoy the meals.
