I pre-ordered on the app. It took them 16 minutes to give me my smoothie. I sat inside of the store and watched them complete orders for people that were ordering in line after my order was already placed the entire line in the drive-through and store cleared out before I got my order and then on top of it. I ordered a smoothie and a bag of almonds last week. No almonds delivered. Worker said the delivery guy left them on the counter. No offer of assistance. I asked for a refund and the answer was "I will have to talk to my manager." I thought I would try again...maybe it was a fluke. Same items ordered AND I put a note in the delivery portion. I ordered three drinks. I was told they didn't have the ingredients for one of the drinks, so I purchased two instead. A few minutes after purchasing, I was told they forgot they didn't have the ingredients for the second drink either. They poured the kids drink into a styrofoam coffee cup before pouring into a large cup. They also poured the med drink into a large cup because they only had large cups. the smoothies are great, as always. however, i'm just wondering why there are only 1-2 employees there everyday. it's 80-97 degrees here and people want smoothies. you guys also have a drive through service with one employee, making smoothies, working the registers, working the drive through AND cleaning the blenders. It's frustrating having to watch and i wish i could just jump in and help. So a 2 minute smoothie takes 10-15 people the poor employees have stacks of orders.
