I understand your position. We do the best we can balancing our time to actually do our work and respond to inquiries. I can't apologize for being successful, and hope you understand our situation." Apparently, answering customer inquiries is not "our work." As for the unforgivably high-handed "I can't apologize for being successful" I would say that if you're that "successful" you should be able to afford to hire someone to answer the phone and handle customer inquiries. Could you imagine leaving your guitar with them and then having to jump through hoops, if not show up in person, to find out if it's ready for pickup? Here are a couple of reviews reproduced here for your convenience: "this place is terrible, no communication with the customers, terrible interactions and no common sense! do not take your instruments here, find somewhere else to take your business. If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would!" "Don't go here if you value your time as they certainly won't. You can't just drop off a guitar during normal business hours, you have to make an appointment. No problem! I took the first available appointment (10:30am on a Friday) and notified my employer that I would have to pop out of the office that day to drop off my guitar. When I arrived the door was locked and lights were off. No problem! I'm 5 minutes early I'll just wait. When 10:35 rolled around, I decided to call their number. No answer but the voicemail system recommended I text them. So I left a voicemail and sent a text and then waited in my car. I waited until 10:50 for a response before I left. When I got back to my office, I received a very curt response that they had arrived at 10:45. No apology for no call/no show, not a single attempt to make it right. I'll enclose screenshots of that lovely conversation. I will take my business elsewhere." Needless to say, a word to the wise is sufficient.

These people are absolute pros that love music, and every visit I learn a little more about the products Most recently I had the 8" Vifa woofers from a pair of Snell E III's refoamed. Last year they worked on a CJ-PV1 preamp for me and sold me a Conrad Johnson Sonographe SA-250 to go with it. BTW, the person I bought the CJ-PV1 had tried to get it repaired at 2 locarions in Florida. He's jealous that it's singing for me. A few years ago a former boss called me just about in tears because his JBL'S he'd had for decades foam had deteriorated. The prices for used parts were through the roof, and how long would they last. He had Northwest Speaker and Equipment restore them and was thrilled with both the price and the quality work A note of caution, if your gear needs attention, don't wait until permanent damage is done. Worn out speaker surrounds can ruin the voice coils. Leaking capacitors or other issues can cause irreversible damage if left too long in your receiver, amps, turntables etc. It's easier and cheaper to replace a failing part, than it is to try and replace a circuit board that's now been ruined out of production for 20 years, or longer These Vifa woofers look pretty darn good for being about 30 years old. More important to me they will continue to play beautiful music for years to come. I wish I'd taken a before pic. It's very easy for me to recommend this facility, and I don't do that for too many repair places Cheers
