There are many threading services within Indy but let me make this clear. Many people know how to thread. Not many know how to shape. JS Eyebrows knows how to shape your brows to your liking. Never in my 10+ of getting my brows threaded was I asked "how would you like your brows today?" JS eyebrows always makes sure to ask and to make my brows to my liking. They do a great job! Recently, they started expanding and offering more services. I tried derma planing and had a great experience. The facility was clean and staff was very attentive in making sure I was okay. I will definitely be back and make the 30+ minute drive and I can't wait to try out more of their services in the future!

As I waited I looked over the pricing guide and took photos. There were several pricing guides laid out by the register, each with different prices on them, some had the price crossed out with another price hand written. Then, there was a digital pricing guide on the wall, which again had different pricing (the most expensive of them). The employee spoke very little to me and what she did say was in mumbled/broken english. She worked quickly and did not apply any soothing serum on my skin afterwards. When I checked out, the price was higher than expected. I will not be returning.

She was so kind and gentle with him even though he was nervous about his first haircut. I firmly believe that she is the biggest reason he had such a great experience. I could clearly see my natural nail tips through it, and they looked very bad. I again showed the photo of what I had asked for, and the staff doing my nails was upset and didn't understand. Another staff removed the gel that was done, but was clearly upset and in a rush. When filing down my nails with the machine, he cut into my skin on two nails, causing bleeding and cuts. Until recently, I had gone to another salon regularly in Plainfield. When their quality started to decrease, I looked for a new one. Sally Nails is close to my house, so I decided to give them a chance. I called them for an appointment a few hours ahead of time (because I like to wait to the last minute, obviously) and they squeezed me in. I did end up having to wait about a half hour at the salon, but they kept apologizing and engaging with me, letting me know that one of their employees went home sick and they haven't forgotten about me. I had the lady that sits closest to the door. She took her time with my manicure, doing a few extra steps than I'm used to seeing. She was precise with the filing, shaping, and painting. I really appreciated this and was super thankful for her! It was worth the wait! The price was also SUPER reasonable. I will definitely return because this is now my new salon. Highly recommend!!
