After a couple weeks, they started to squeak pretty bad so I took it back in. Even though they were not the pads that he supplied, he replaced the pads, resurfaced the rotors, and did not charge me a penny for labor or material. That says a lot about their integrity, and I am very thankful to have a mechanic like that. Service was same day, no questions asked.

This truck is a workhorse and I use it to haul loads of gravel and soil for construction. Last month, I had an attempted break in that immobilized the truck. I had it sent on a flatbed to my local Ford dealer. They took 2 weeks to tell me that it needed a full fuel system replacement for $19k. They did a recall and charged me $500 for a diagnostic.I absolutely could not believe the truck needed this much work, so I took it to Diesel Tune for a second opinion. George and his guys looked over the truck and plugged in the OBD2 reader. They couldn't find anything wrong with the truck and they even check over all the fluids for contamination. We ended up doing a full 50,000 mile service with filters and fluids replaced along with some additional consumables. The total was $2600 and all the work was done diligently on time. I gave the dealer an earful and they refunded the money they charged me for a diagnostic. Diesel Tune has my business for life. I would give George and his team more stars if I could.

Adam is the best person I have met in a very long time. Honest reasonable and fair man. His knowledge is golden on these work horse trucks. He is a one man shop with 4 bays and always busy. We are here more than we would like to admit, but that is because we have one of those trucks that once you fix a problem, another one pops up. They have fixed many problems on our truck. Some small and easy, some complicated and expensive. No matter big or small, the problem always gets fixed... the right way. We are very happy with the service here, everyone is so friendly and accommodating. We had been coming to Buds for about 10 years , spent thousands of dollars , Nick and Buds were the…read moreonly place we trusted to work on our 2006 Chevy 2500 HD Duramax Longbed. That changed for the past year or so since Nick has been gone. Awhile back we took the truck in for servicing , the customer service we received was just "ok" something seemed off , kinda like you know you don't trust something but you don't know what it is. I shook it off thinking it was just me and maybe I was overreacting because Nick was gone. Fast forward to about a month ago. We took the truck in for the typical oil change, fuel filter , tire rotation ($500) plus asked them to check out why the truck is stalling when the fuel tank is half full or lower. They said it would take about a week to diagnose it as they were busy. Plus it would cost about $400 to diagnose. After asking about it then they said they would put 1/2 of the diagnosis toward the repair and wipe it if we spent more than $2500. * note - we called about a week before we brought it in and they told us to wait a week to bring it in so they can get to it. When we brought it in they said that it would take that long because we didn't have a reservation. Ugh! The car sat for a week and there wasn't a diagnosis yet. We had to pull the truck out because we needed transportation and needed it fixed. We had already spent $350 on a rental car for the week, plus Ubers for the couple of days before we rented the car. Plus spent another $200 to add rental days while we took the truck to another shop Bottom line, Buds just isn't the same and it's sad. They lost a loyal customer over customer service and communication.
