The quote was reasonable, he took care of my carpet and hard-wood floors, and he arrived promptly every day. My front-entry tiles look brand new (but they're not); he replaced the existing grout with a new product that has it looking bright and clean. See for yourself what a sterling job he did on my new bathroom floor tiles (see photo). What you can't see is the fact that he replaced the silicone along the walls and did baseboard repairs. The bathroom wasn't this good-looking when I first moved into my home 19 years ago!

They were able to start within days of our HOA's ok. His estimate of one coat of paint was not enough, even over the same colors. So he came back over, agreed with us that it wasn't sufficient, and had the crew get more paint. No extra charge. The second coat did it. They did a careful job on the trim, too. We had to keep an eye on progress, but they were accommodating to our needs. Someone must have put something heavy on a cover to our strawberry patch and broke it, but that was minor damage compared with the folks who did our roof last year. Caesar's crew was efficient and also careful around my garden. We definitely recommend them.

We hired them to paint the entire main level, including the baseboards. The crew worked very fast and did an excellent job. They were very conscientious and cleaned up after themselves. The other companies had automated responses and said they would give quotes at next business day. He personally came over the same day and started work within 2 days. We needed all the painting done with in a week before move in. The quality of work was top notch. Eduardo was so careful with taping and prepping. The work was completed with ZERO issues. Rafael was always available and responded immediately. After the work was done, he kept checking to see how things were and if we needed anything that wasn't satisfactory. Their work ethic and quality were impressive and I will use them any time I need work. Will have them do our deck. Highly recommend them! Thank you, Rafael and Eduardo, appreciate the care hard work.

All other things being equal (which actually was not the case with the bids) I liked supporting a local small business. Rafael was responsive via email and text. He made some adjustments to the initial bid after I changed my mind on some smaller items. We had all of the exterior trim on the house painted and almost all of the interior rooms. The crew was on time every morning and finished ahead of schedule. They took care taping and covering to prep the painting areas. The crew did miss one section of the living room wall above the windows, and I didn't catch it during the final walkthrough. I texted Rafael expecting him to say the work was finished as of the walkthrough. But no! He sent someone to finish it the very next morning. I was thrilled. Palmira was a great company to work with. During the home visit, they gave me the confidence that they would deliver high-quality work at a fair price--and they absolutely did. I couldn't be happier with the results. The surface looks brand new: smooth, glossy, and completely refreshed. The technician was punctual, professional, and clearly explained the entire process. They took great care to protect the surrounding area and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. What impressed me most was the attention to detail--no drips, bubbles, or uneven spots. The finish looks like it came straight from the factory. Cata's team had to fix a botched job from a previous contractor, which had left the surface peeling and uneven. Now, you'd never know there was ever an issue. If you're considering sink reglazing, I highly recommend this service. Excellent craftsmanship, great value, and a stunning transformation! We had a cheaper quote, but the extra cost was worth it.
