Our party of 4 each ordered Jagerschnitzel, which had a red wine sauce, something that is not customary in Germany (usually has a mushroom cream sauce) . The wine was NOT cooked out. The breading was not crispy as the sauce made it mushy. My side of German fried potatos was plain fried potatos, not seasoned but well cooked)- in Germany, you would have bacon and onions added it had none. The warm potato salad tasted fine, more like it came out of a jar and was warmed in a microwave. Overall, none of my party was impressed with the food or finished our entree.
