The line from the counter stretched all the way back to the door, which gave us plenty of time to people watch and admire the beautiful space after picking our drinks. The baristas were friendly and welcoming. The line was moving slowly - a combination of people asking questions and an ordering process that seems a little inefficient (we noticed they were tracking available pastries on Post-It notes). Our drinks were available quickly, and they were delightful. I had the spiced orange chai with oatmilk and my husband had a gingerbread latte. My chai was sweeter than I would prefer, but now I know that for next time. Everything in the pastry case looked incredible. We passed this time because we had finished breakfast. I'd be interested in coming back in the evening to try some of the cocktails. I think they have some kinks to work out when they're busy; overall, it was a good experience. Not sure if it's because we carried our food and drinks up from the counter ourselves or how that works. Two of us ordered the lucky charm matcha (good luck charm?), the description sounded amazing. The actual drink was less so, just matcha and oat milk and whipped cream- when I asked about the lucky charm marshmallows I was told they have been out of them for weeks. I might've ordered a different drink if I'd known that, it sort of sold me! The food was good, we ordered the dumplings, cinnamon roll, raspberry rhubarb pop tart, and tiramisu. The best thing of all was the cinnamon roll, the tang of the cream cheese icing kept everything from being too sweet. The tiramisu was beautiful presented and the cream was fantastic, the lady fingers were over soaked in strong espresso, we couldn't finish that element. The pop tart was lovely. Couldn't tell if the dumps were frozen or homemade but they tasted good, and we loved the carrot salad they came with. All in all a great experience, and will be wonderful to return to in this warm season with such a nice double decker patio!

Located close to the location of a large meeting I was part of, I was easily able to pick up 2 dozen donuts on the morning of my meeting. The extremely nice woman behind the counter hooked me up with two boxes of assorted heaven. As an avid donut eater and a bit of a connoisseur of mans most delightful creation, DDandC nailed it. Fresh, good ingredients and a lot to choose from. The two dozen doughnuts that I brought in to my meeting were essentially demolished. As I was not local, the people who were local were extremely interested in knowing where I picked them up and I happily told them. A few had even mentioned being there before and some even planning to go. would I go back? 100%. Whenever possible, I bring a box or two of doughnuts to customers. When I do, I make it count and the people notice. When they see that I've actually searched out for a really good local doughnut shop, they appreciate that and take note. I'm not bringing in your fast-food donut places garbage "donuts" either. I'd rather bring nothing at all if I can't get the goods. And I will travel early in the morning, just to get high quality doughnuts. Got get some of these right now!

The barista asked me my name when I made a beeline for the pick up area, I looked up at the barista, said "that's me", smiled and thanked them. They smiled and said "no, thank YOU" in a very upbeat playful tone. Tasted my drink and it was very well made. Based on my experience - this Starbucks is awesome. I'll get pics next time.
