Great Sports Bar/Dive Bar feel. The bartender alerted me that their draft beer was a little warm this evening so I opted for a bottle of beer. It was ice cold, great choice. I ordered a 12" Meat Lover's Pizza and added 1/2 with Banana Peppers to go. Enjoyed watching a College Football Bowl Game while waiting on my pizza. Didn't get a good picture of the pizza before the wife and I dived into it. Great service and always great pizza. True Gillum's pizza is cut in squares, not in slices.

The jalapeño grilled chicken was spicy but so good. The sliced pickles helped to calm the spice down. :) The BBQ Cheeseburger was also good. The tater tot's were AWESOME! Best tator tots I've ever had. The bartender Michael is a Packers fan and was the nicest guy. This place has lots of tv for viewing games and Michael was great at getting the game we wanted to watch on the big screen. Overall, great place. Why only a 4 star? They serve Pepsi and not Coke! :/ Ugh!

We started with the Wisconsin cheese curds, and they were delicious--definitely one of the better appetizers on the menu and something I'd order again. For our entrees, we had the steak quesadilla and the buffalo chicken tacos. The steak quesadilla wasn't anything fancy, but it had great flavor, and the steak was cooked perfectly. The buffalo chicken tacos were also tasty, although I wish there had been an option to order them with grilled chicken instead of fried. The staff is always friendly, and we've consistently had good service every time we've visited. If you're looking for a laid-back spot with good food, cold drinks, and a fun atmosphere for dinner or game day, Banners is definitely worth checking out.

We then waited 15-20 minutes for her to take our food order because she said "the other girl hit me with a tennis racket" (not joking). We ordered the fried pickles two different pizzas and nachos and the pickles were the only half way decent thing. The nachos were laughably bad and the pizza was under baked, crust was terrible and overall bland. We had to ask our server for literally everything (including plates for our shared food) and she never once asked how our food was. We asked for our check before we were even half way finished with our food because our server disappeared for 20-30 minutes every time and we also noticed that the table next to us walked out without even drinking their beers and food menus still down since no one even went to take their food order. Mind you there were maybe 3 tables including us and a few bar guests in this whole place on a Saturday at 7pm and I see why now. Overall one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time.
