Smokey's Brick B Que is located close to the entrance of Legoland in the Bricktopia section so I decided to drop by this place since I was so hungry and it was lunch time. The food was definitely pricey here. There were items on the menu that had a Lego minifigure head bucket for $55.99! It contained 6 crispy chicken tenders and French fries in the small Lego head cup. I thought it was quite expensive. I ended up getting a chicken tender basket for $18.99 that included 3 chicken tenders and French fries. I also got a kids chicken tender meal for $14.99. The kids meal included 2 chicken tenders, juice, chips, fruit snack, and an exclusive pop badge in a souvenir bag. When I got the souvenir bag, I was upset there was no pop badge in the bag. I complained to the kitchen staff and they said they ran out. I couldn't do anything else afterwards so I just let it go. Then towards the end of the day, my souvenir bag tore apart at the handle and I was upset that it was made out of paper so it was hard to reuse. I must admit, the chicken tenders were very juicy and crispy. They were very long and big. It was so juicy and tender to rip apart. These were the best chicken tenders I had in my life. Not even dry inside the chicken tender. It was very easy to chew and did not require much teeth action. Fries were alright and were best dipped in ketchup or honey mustard. The condiments were available for grabs on the counter including napkins. There were refillable fountain soda machine dispensers for us to refill. The place was very spacious and only families were sitting there eating their food. All the tables had enough space apart for privacy. The tables were made out of thick solid wood that were heavy to move around. It was very kid friendly because the chairs were high enough for toddlers to sit and meet their food at the table. After spending several hours throughout the park, we stopped by this restaurant around 1:30 pm to grab some food before heading out. It wasn't too busy, so we got to put in our order within couple of minutes of waiting. The staff members serve the items and put them on a tray. The checkout is right next to it, so it was a well organized process. We picked the Smokin BBQ platter that came with 2 sandwiches, 2 sides, 4 chicken tenders and fries. Seemed the perfect deal for our family of three, costing $55.99. We received 10% discount for being Gold member. All the staff members were friendly during the ordering process. The condiment and soda dispenser area was so nice, with lots of sauces and utensils lined up next to each other. The dining hall was big with lots of booths and tables available for dine-in. They had tables available outside too. Both areas were mostly clean and well maintained by the staff. Food wise the shredded chicken was a decent sandwich, I would have preferred to be more flavorful. I liked the pulled pork meat better than chicken. The side of Mac and cheese and fries were really good. The chicken tenders were huge but extra fried. Was little difficult to bite and chew them. Overall for a theme park restaurant, I was content with the experience. read more

Honestly not bad as a bbq inside a theme park. It's close to the main entrance. They have a small menu. Basically pork or chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders and sides. We got the $55 platter for the family: 2 sandwiches, 2 fries & 2 sides. Huge portion of pork sandwich. Adding bbq sauce and some Mac&cheese on top made it better. Chicken tenders were thick. M&C was good. I somewhat enjoyed it. Their price is actually reasonable. The Lego theme decor throughout the whole restaurant. Many tables and seats. The staff comes regularly to clean the tables. Self service to condiments and utensils. Good spot for food. read more

Decent BBQ spot, which thankfully has a lot of space inside because it's one of only three restaurants at Legoland with indoor seating (and the only one that seems to be open during all the various seasonal closures). Location is in the Bricktopia section closer to the entrance of the park, and out of all the restaurants there, I think it has the most fun exterior design (a dragon in a chef's hat!). The menu here seems to change regularly. When we visited over the summer, they had a nice platter with a trio of meats - sausage, chicken, and pulled pork - and a side, but that was gone on our fall visit, leaving us with zero items on the menu that we could order without modifications due to food allergies (and this was already the better option for our dietary restrictions out of the two open restaurants). Thankfully, the staff was great about checking in the kitchen to see what was safe for us to eat and making any necessary omissions to the dishes (no corresponding price modifications for the many omissions, of course). We ended up getting a pulled pork sandwich platter (without bread or sandwich toppings) and a chopped chicken sandwich platter (without bread, slaw, or toppings), both of which came with a side. The food was fine, but not sure it was worth $18 each for what we got. But with limited options in the park (and all with high prices), we'll probably be back again in the future. read more

Located at Legoland New York, Smokey's Brick-B-Que serves up basic BBQ meat platters (chicken, brisket, pulled pork, kielbasa sausage), salad bar, sides (mac & cheese, potato salad, cole slaw, baked beans, Texas style corn), kids chicken tenders & fries, and cold drinks including self serve Coke Freestyle machines. The pricing is in the $24.99-$29.99 range (in 2022) for most BBQ platters. It's cafeteria style here and you pick out the foods you want through the glass display. There is plenty of table seating in the large air conditioned dining room. I stopped in here for lunch very recently. I ordered the Brick Duo Platter ($24.99 plus tax/$19.99 plus tax with annual pass) which includes choice of 2 meats except brisket and 2 sides. I got pulled pork and kielbasa sausage, mac & cheese, and baked beans. The portions were just right and the food here was basic, but pretty good tasting, soft pulled pork and firm kielbasa slices. The mac & cheese was very dense and the baked beans had sweet smoky flavor. To wash down the food, I already purchased the Legoland New York Resort Collector Cup (unlimited refill soda cup) earlier in the day which is accepted at the Coke Freestyle dispensers inside Smokey's. Legoland Annual Pass holders get a 20 percent discount and it's credit/debit cards and mobile pay only, no cash accepted. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE Food is okay! Definitely on the pricey side, but you can expect that being at an amusement park. Service is horrible, you walk in they don't greet you, you're just stuck there standing until they decide to acknowledge you. There was 3 people just talking at the front by where you pay, not friendly or inviting at all. They make no eye contact with you. You would think they would have a different attitude being that they're at an amusement park. The only good thing is the sitting area. It's spacious. read more

Food was okay. Definitely not worth the price I paid. They give relatively small portions. The lines moved extremely slow as they only had 1 person working the food serving and 1 person working the register. It took almost a half hour from getting on line to checking out. read more
