The cheese had the perfect amount of sharpness and subtle bitterness, balancing everything out so well without being overwhelming.. I seriously could go for one right now! DINNER It sounds like they've just started dinner service, and are still working on getting the word out! With the name "luncheonette", that might be tricky - I'd recommend updating to "dinette".
