I was told that "they don't do refunds"...even though I paid cash AND a 'no refund' policy is not printed on my receipt. Federal law requires that the businesses refund policy be posted for public view. Except here Nothing is posted, not on receipt. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!! They're overpriced and skirt consumer law! Which low key, I kind of am hahaha Back in my younger years, this wasn't much of a problem. Now that I'm 33, I don't blame the younger generation for assuming I'm a stick in the mud lol. Such is life. Anyways, I wish I had gotten the guys name who helped me out. He was awesome. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. I'm not much of a smoker anymore but had recently dropped my cute little bowl that I had for years. I came for a replacement one. Ending up buying 2 iridescent bowls. Both hit well. I loved that the one pictured had these little holes but realized shortly after that they clog up easily. Just keep a toothpick with you ;) all good! Glad I found this place on my first go!

Several tasting stations open and offering a nice sampling of their liquor Saturday afternoons during the holidays is a great time to stop by and browse the aisles, sample some great stuff and get recommendations from the staff. Sometimes you can even sample the recommendations... It just depends on the item. If you've never been to total Wine, you need to check it out - not all the locations are the same, but Lakeline rocks
