Best place for anything glass related. I usually go to Dublin but they recommended this location a couple times when I was looking for something that wasn't available. It's a bit further out for me but the prices and service make it worth it. I have bought bongs, bowls, lighters, cleaning solutions, and other accessories here over the years. My review for yesterday and today. Looked up hours online stated closed at 8:30 during the week and closed at 7:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Showed up yesterday 10 minutes before closing and now the sign on the door says closed at 7 PM on Saturday. Hours on the door say they open at 9 AM on Sunday, so I am here sitting in my car looking at the storefront which is pitch black and locked up tight and it's now currently 9:23AM. They've always been great but their hours are always changing. Very frustrating! They get five stars for service but two stars for hours open. Update: I waited for someone to show up (Myriam) and let her know that the hours on Yelp and the Franchise website were wrong. She said she would update it. She also explained that an employee called in sick last minute, hence the reason they opened late this morning. Understandable. Like I said before, 5 star service! Myriam took care of me for the inconvenience. Hopefully they get these hours worked out. read more

I started going the Smoker Friendly after Blue Cave sold me a defected vaporizer. Blue Cave blew me off on a replacement. I found Smoker Friendly on Yelp and made a few purchases from them. I recently purchased some coils for my new vaporizer which I later found didn't work on my specific vaporizer. I returned the Smoker Friendly staff who immediately said no problem. I had a horrible experience here. My friend and I needed replacement wicks for our vape pens. I worked in the area and was desperate for a wick, they were the only vape shop opened at the time. We had called ahead to make sure they had what we needed. When we arrived I found out that he did not have the replacement wicks we needed and was trying to upsale my coworker on a new tank. Long story short I had the new tank I bought from Omar looked at by another vape shop....he gave me a double coil (which should not be in that tank only single) Missing the O ring and other parts, and was a knock off Kanger product. He also told me that coil replacements would work for my Kanger Protank II that I own from a previous purchase elsewhere, and he was wrong. Omar talks over EVERYONE (including his own employees there were just trying to assist us) He changed prices on us, wasted my friendss vape juice (filling the tank too fast spilled everywhere) and charged her full price for a new one . He tried to charge me 2 dollars for a wick that was included in the tank! I've been to many vape shops and this was by far the WORST. I told Omar how much I wanted to spend (only coming in for a refill) he tried to charge me more and when I spoke up about it he started yelling, "TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT....1.....2...... WERE CLOSING THE STORE 3...." Omar is also obviously sexist and directly implied that because of my sex I would not understand how to use the machine and to come back another time to learn because he knows its hard to retain too much information in one day for women. What bothers me is that he has no knowledge on any product in his store. He is not equipped to handle any customer questions or product questions. His answered were simply "you don't want that you want this....this is way better...that sucks..." when asked why, his answer was, "because....what you don't trust me?" No Omar I don't because from my experience in your store I believe you see vaping as a money machine. Rather than realizing for many people it's serious business, an alternative to smoking, not just some fad that will pass....you might take more time and effort into helping your customers, listening to their needs, and selling them a good product. I have visited this store several times and usually am in and out with what I need. I can't tell you how many times I have gone to this store and it smelled of weed. Like they were smoking it in the store it was so strong. I overlooked that as I liked the employees and the products had good pricing. Though it did bother me that a place of business would allow this in their establishment. But I will no longer be a customer. Sunday, I walked in and the employee, I think his name is Omar, not sure, was yelling profanities, f word specifically, as I walked in the store. I thought he was yelling at me and was taken back by it, scared. I asked him if he was yelling at me and he said "mind your own business" as he put down his phone. I had no idea he was on the phone and I was the only one in store besides him. He then sells me my cigs and says "looks like you take life too serious". I was appalled and left the store. I really liked this store and thought I was on a friendly basis with ALL employees there. I couldn't believe the anger and disrespect he showed me. I think I rather go to one by target from now on. I stopped by this shop after visiting lake Del Valle from San José. The selection they had was great. I was looking for a new dab rig to add to ma collection and they had so many different styles. They had a sale section and they had some pretty unique(expensive) rigs. Mariam was awesome, she had some cool tips and recommendations on the dab rigs and helped me narrow down my choice. They also has the cutest nectar collectors and handmade dab accessories. read more

As a smoker I have been to many places to buy ciggs and I almost always feel like Im being judged by the staff. Now maybe it's just me but when you live in a society that looks down on smoking aleady it'a little daunting to have somone looking at you as if your the stupidist person around for doing it. I decided to stop in the SF shop and I have to say it was a very pleasent experience. The staff is SUPER FRIENDLY and very helpful. They have made a permanent customer out of me and if and when I finally give up my bad habit I would still recomend them for anyone who still smokes. read more

I really like this store--it's probably the best smoking-materials shop in Livermore. It's clean, neat, and well stocked with all sorts of premium cigs, although the cigar selection is a bit sparse. Service is good--as in, the guy helping you isn't talking on the phone, is actually paying attention to you. (Or maybe my standards for customer service are too low nowadays.) This place is the best smoke shop I have ever been to. They had everything, and the place was really nice. I already have a hookah but after seeing their hookahs, I had to buy one and put in my room for display, their hookahs are the nicest I have ever seen. And the girl who helped me was very informative and helpful, she took time in showing me the differences from each hookah, i really enjoyed my time there. I LOVE this place. Its my favorite #1 Go To Vape store in the Bay Area. I'm on the road for work and have traveled from Antioch to San Jose and in between and I literally have set my schedule based on making sure I can get my supplies here.
