The mac and cheese is exactly what you want with BBQ--creamy, indulgent, and a perfect side to balance the meat. Their sides in general are strong, which a lot of people call out. Also love the pickles they serve with everything. It's a small detail, but it cuts through the richness and makes the whole plate better. Overall, it's not trying to be ultra-traditional NC BBQ--it leans more Texas-style--but it's reliable, flavorful, and somewhere I keep coming back to.
