He proceeds to tell me rudely, that he can't break up the five pack of coils, which is really unheard of I've been into a thousand vape shops and they've all done single coils. After bringing it back to the store the same day, telling them it wasn't charging, I was told there were no exchanges allowed but this would be "an exception". The second pen didn't work either, same problem. I'm not going to bother bringing it back, I'd rather just find another smoke shop to buy at.
