Okay selection. I bought a vape pen after told it was new…read moreon the market. Had no packaging or instructions, but took a shot with it anyway. It didn't work.... After bringing it back to the store the same day, telling them it wasn't charging, I was told there were no exchanges allowed but this would be "an exception". The second pen didn't work either, same problem. I'm not going to bother bringing it back, I'd rather just find another smoke shop to buy at.

No greeting, no hello, just "What do you want" in an accusatory tone. I was ready to leave in the first 5 seconds. No invitation to look around no talk of cigars, sports, or weather. He just asked how much I want to spend. And then proceeds to tell me he has nothing like that which I buy from other cigar shops every month. As though I'm wasting his important time. No upsell, no invitation to consider something else... Just "I don't sell that" So I drove down the street and spent $100 somewhere else vowing that I'll never go back to that dump.
