When asked what we wanted I responded with "everything." That ended up being 1/3 pound smoked chicken, smoked pork and brisket, and a 1/2 rack of ribs. Superb flavors that were even enhanced by the three bbq sauces available - spicy, sweet and mustard based. Each sauce was distinctive and flavorful. Salad was only ok. It was big but nothing special. We should have tried some sides. Some looked very good. I saw a loaded potato that turned my head. We ate outside on a picnic table. No music, no table service, no bar ... nothing but good food. There is a sign that says seat yourself and since the place was pretty crowded (especially considering it was a Thursday). My server was absolutely fantastic. So friendly and helpful and checked on me enough. I went with the two meat dinner (chicken and pulled pork). For my sides, I went with the baked beans and a loaded baked potato. My food came out pretty fast and they brought out their homemade ranch dressing (which was very good). The meal as a whole was very good and the price was very good.
