He committed to replacing two windows, but that part of the project was never completed. It has now been over a year, and communication has been extremely inconsistent. Phone calls and text messages go unanswered for months at a time, and follow-ups are often avoided altogether. At first everything went well, but contracting him again turned into an ongoing problem. The work he said he would complete was never finished, and I was repeatedly left waiting with no clear timeline or accountability. I'm disappointed because the experience started off strong, but the lack of follow-through and communication made it very difficult to resolve.

From their…read moreprevious reviews and from the attentiveness that I received right off the bat, I knew that I had the right company. Signcomm did an amazing job with my signs - from the permitting to the installation, everything was smooth as could be! The best part? They told me my awning would be ready on such and such date, but they actually finished it over a week early and had it installed even before they had originally said it would be done! And it gets better.... While they were installing the awning, I realized that I never ordered a wall sign that I needed for the inside of my restaurant. I asked them if they could produce the custom logo sign that I needed within a few weeks, and they produced it in just a week! Chris was awesome to work with, and Raul and his crew did an outstanding job with the installation. I definitely give these guys two thumbs up, and plan on using them for each of our upcoming projects! From big to small, they will treat you like you are their only client - great quality, very responsive, and all around great to work with!
