The service call should include an hour labor in it. Overall I'm still happy I bought my appliances here they were very friendly and down to earth with me when I was haggling with them, but I don't think I would even call this place up again for a service call.

They said they had done all they could to fix it (take my $). Farley's/Dixon came out and fixed it for $85.75. I have a new appliance store now. I have purchased a couple of new appliances from Farley's and am very pleased with their prices and service.

Was awakened in the middle of the night by what sounded like animals fighting. came downstairs to see it was the refrigerator. They sent a guy to fix it and it made the noise less but a few days later it went out and all my food went bad. He came back out to fix it and replaced what I believe to be the fan. It worked for maybe a month and then I noticed my food wasn't very cold. Called them and they said it was out of warranty now. I expected that however I figured if they put a "new" fan in then maybe that would have a warranty or maybe the fan was never the issue. One guy said he would make it right and get it checked out but he never called back. When we did talk to him again he said it's not his problem. All in all. I had to throw everything away from the fridge and freezer AGAIN as temps were above zero in the freezer and were measuring at a minimum of 62 in the fridge. I have unplugged it and cleaned it out then plugged it back in and it seems to be even worse. Good news is: it doesn't squeak! I can't say for sure if all of their products are bad or I just got a lemon. I just wish they would have followed through longer considering it arrived broken and was never really fixed or seemed to be a bad product.
