When I received my meal, the fried chicken had dark burned spots on its corners which indicated that the chicken was microwaved. Although it had been previously fried, the chicken was likely to have been frozen and then microwaved along with the English muffin it sat on. My sad English muffin was left soggy due to the chicken de-thawing. The waitress was kind enough even after I told her about my complaint. But I still ended up paying for my meal despite having it taken back.
