They also have things like creme brulee, apple tarts, napoleons, chocolate mousse, bomboloni, and tiramisu. All of the desserts are individually packaged, so you can order one and eat it somewhere in the food hall or elsewhere. Also, gelato in little flutes, and gelato in cones. Plus coffee drinks. The way I learned no single spice should dominate a product, but you create a flavor profile by blending. I make great Kielbasa myself, in my experience the main spices are garlic and marjoram.
