This is just an observation, but a lot of the staff seems to be comprised of high-school or college age kids. I can say I don't recall EVER being greeted with a smile when picking up my order. It's almost always a young lady (different ones) who seem irritated that they're even there. Which is whatever... I just want my pizza. Just an observation though.
