However, the experience has gone down because they can't look up the best price anymore. And when they finally did... they got the same coupon code I did... that they couldn't honor. After an hour, they overwrote the system to honored it... THIS TIME. Apparently, even though they provide a coupon for this location through their website at https://walgreens.rxsense.com, "Prices vary by location". Then don't give us bogus coupons for this location. When I get here after receiving that notification that my prescription is ready, IT NEVER IS!!! Every. Single. Time. I am told to wait 20-30 minutes. I can't go home so I usually just toot around or sit in the parking lot. But this is so disrespectful of people's time. Recently I came into town to grab groceries and stopped here first (knowing they were going to tell me to wait) and then went on through to HEB. When I stopped back at Walgreens on my way home, THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT 30 MINUTES AGAIN. Recently, I encountered a quality issue with one of my two prescriptions that significantly affected my sleep. When I raised the concern, the pharmacists were dismissive and unwilling to consider that the issue might be related to the product itself. To their credit, I was given a refund, with the understanding that I would fill that particular prescription elsewhere going forward. However, what was never communicated to me is that my account would be locked entirely. As a result, I'm now unable to obtain my other compounded medication from them as well. I've reached out to multiple contacts within the organization to resolve this, but I've received no response. The lack of communication and transparency has been extremely frustrating. What was once a reliable service has turned into a very disappointing customer experience and impacted my health as I suddenly had to switch pharmacies.
