Though I arrived 10 minutes early, i was made to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time. The hygienist was rude, insulting and uncaring. I felt I was being shamed for my condition, and was told it would be a long hopeless and expensive journey. This was before Dr Errante walked in. He asked if the hygienist explained everything and I had any questions. He never examined or even looked at me, as he was clearly preoccupied. Worst medical experience of my life, which left me with PTSD, and fear of going to the dentist, any dentist. I was shocked, that would mean they double booked my appointment and either if I said no, my original appointment wouldn't be available. So I never responded, they cancelled my appointment for me, I thought. THEN, a few days roll by and I receive a letter saying I OWE THEM $75 for missing my appointment. I do not understand the logic behind the charge when you asked me to come in a different time. Organize your appointments better and stop grasping at straws for pocket change.
