They allowed us to leave the trailer behind their shop while they hunted for replacement parts for the truck. The manager even used his own car to take us to a nearby hotel where we stayed until the truck was repaired. I can't say enough good things about the care we received from Total Tire and Automotive. They went above and beyond to make it right. 2, today I was in for brakes and tires. Thought I needed pads for sure as I have 88k miles and needed rotors turned as they had warped. Now there's many service departments out there that will say you need all kinds of things repaired or replaced, but not Russell...they called to tell me all I needed was the rotors turned and that the pads still had plenty of life left...saving me about a grand. In this day and age finding a service department you can trust is HUGE. Hats off to Russell Chevrolet for getting it right!

Decided to get another opinion and thankfully took it to Freyaldenhoven auto. Brought it in at 8am and by 10am had a quote to fix the issue for under $150 parts and labor. Car was fixed and back at my house that afternoon. I have 5 autos and 3 of them for teenagers, every time I've needed work done they've always taken care of me and I know it's for the right price.
