After few months I had to have it towed back to them for slipping in 3rd. They changed a valve and recommended a cooler. Had cooler installed and was towing it back few months later. This time they replaced trans again under warranty. Now I have a shudder and they are telling me its a converter issue and will have to all come out, and possibility trans is bad again. Neither transmission made it 10k miles and now ive spent total value of vehicle trying to solve what I shouldnt have to deal with. I don't see how they get a 5 star rating because they were absolutely no help at all. I'm sure they don't have any problem crunching the numbers when it's time to bill you. I can not elaborate on the quality of there work and never will. It seems to me like if they are not willing to give you a ballpark estimate then there tring to hide something or something not on the up and up.
