AJ literally arrived about 20 minutes or less after the dispatch request was made. It wasn't just me, but also my kids and pets, so I felt a bit stressed trying to figure out how to handle everything. Unfortunately all tire shops were closing in 5 minutes so it would require an overnight stay. AJ went above and beyond with kindness. He dropped us at a local hotel and my car at Discount Tire. (So glad this all happened only a mile away from an exit with everything needed to make this easier!) He didn't only do his job but recognized my need for someone to show they understand being human and helping them be seen when life happens. I will never forget his amazing kindness to turn a stressful situation into something so much more manageable! Thank you for making my life a little less stressful!

Timing belt was broken on my vehicle caught up there to get an estimate to see if I could afford to…read moreget it repaired they told me they couldn't give me an estimate over the phone I would have to bring it up there well the car doesn't run why would I have my car towed up there to them for them to give me an estimate that I could possibly not be able to afford and then tell my car back home seems pretty ridiculous to me they said that they could not get estimates over the phone makes no sense at all I'm just trying to find somewhere to get my vehicle repaired that I can afford. I don't see how they get a 5 star rating because they were absolutely no help at all. I'm sure they don't have any problem crunching the numbers when it's time to bill you. I can not elaborate on the quality of there work and never will. It seems to me like if they are not willing to give you a ballpark estimate then there tring to hide something or something not on the up and up.

I had to call them Friday afternoon (because I hadn't heard anything about the car) and they gave me a quote on for $1600 for water pump replacement. I went to check to see how the repairs were going on Tuesday , however my car was still in the parking lot , untouched. About an hour AFTER I left the shop and they assured me the repairs would be started, I received a call from Riverdale automotive telling me that they could not fix the vehicle because they do not have the equipment to fix it. I never understood how they were able to give me a quote without being sure they could complete the job. Seems very unorganized And after all was said and done, I took the vehicle to the bmw dealership and the water pump is fine!! It's the oil filter adapter that is leaking cooling and needs to be replaced. Proceed with caution with newer models European cars!!!

With me out of town a lot my wife had a tire going down and took it to Crain to have them find it. They took it back and said the didn't see anything. After a couple more days of having the tire keep losing pressure I sent her here. Within 2min they found a giant nail and fixed it in 15 for her. I am not comfortable with many mechanics but this place has never steered me wrong, lifetime customer!
